ACON Air 16 HD Enclosure

Product Usage Instructions

To assemble the product, please follow these steps:

1. Take the lower side poles (Sivutolppa, alumni) and attach them to the designated areas on the base.
2. Attach the upper side poles (Sivutolppa, tempi) to the lower side poles.
3. Insert the pole foam (Tolppapehmuste, alumni) onto the lower section of the poles.
4. Insert the pole foam (Tolppapehmuste, tempi) onto the upper section of the poles.
5. Slide the sleeve for the enclosure pole (Tolpan happy) over the top of each pole.
6. Secure the caps (Hattu) onto the top of each pole.
7. Attach the net (Verkko) to the designated areas on the poles using the provided ball bungee cords.
8. Use the fastening set, enclosure (Adjustable strap, enclosure) to secure the net in place.

Please ensure that all components are securely attached and tightened before using the product.

Assembly Using Instructions

• CAUTION: This is an assembly instruction manual for Aeon AIR 76 HD enclosure. Ensure that you have read and understood the trampoline user manual before assembling and/or using this product.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased ACON AIR 76 HD trampoline package with an enclosure, you can ignore this manual booklet and make the assembly according trampoline package assembly instructions manual.
• This enclosure is designed to be used only with Aeon AIR 76 HD trampoline.
• This unit is not intended for commercial/public use and such use is therefore strictly prohibited.
• It is very important that you properly and securely attach the safety net to the frame and that it is in the correct position prior to using the trampoline.
• The owner and/or supervisor of the trampoline are responsible for making all users aware of the practices and information specified in the trampoline user manual.

PART LIST

• This is a part list for your enclosure. If any of the parts are missing, please contact ACON customer support.

Installation Instructions

• Remove the top frame / leg connection bolts (8pcs, underneath the skirt of the safety pad).

CAUTION

• INCORRECTLY INSTALLED PART CAN CAUSE INJURY!
• Please see the figure below how to align the spacer between enclosure pole and trampoline leg (arrows up and facing the enclosure pole).
• Install the short pole foam tubes (#20) onto the enclosure poles.
• Assemble all enclosure poles as instructed below.
  • NOTE: Sliding the sleeve (#22) over the cap can be a tight fit. Connect the assembled poles in to the lower poles.
• Attach the short side of the net first. Adjust the lower edge of net to the centerline of safety pad as instructed in fig.1 with adjustable straps (part #27). The door opening can be placed on the short or the long side of the trampoline. After this step, your enclosure is ready for use. Have fun!
