IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above.
- This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge only if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance! Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years!
- WARNING: This appliance must be connected to earthed power socket!
- Do not immerse it in water or other liquids to avoid danger of short-circuiting, electric shock!
- Never operate damaged appliances (incl. mains cables).
- Do not place the appliance on a polished wood surface, it could damage the wood.
- Never touch the parts when the appliance is in operation!
- Operate the appliance only through a professionally installed power socket, supplying the correct voltage.
- Do not use extension cables!
- Never let the main cable hang loose, nor remove the plug with wet hands, nor lay or hang on hot surfaces, nor let it come into contact with oils!
- Unplug the appliance:
- after each use;
- when the appliance is not in use;
- before changing accessories or cleaning the appliance.
- Do not touch the metal parts, the house of the appliance when the appliance is in use, as this may cause burns or scalding!
- Do not operate this appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the milk frother.
- Do not operate it outdoors!
- Do not operate it without milk in the jug!
- Turn the appliance and main power off when not in use!
- Never touch rotating parts. Risk of injury!
- By exceeding the filling liquid capacity, the jug may overflow when the milk is frothing.
- Appliance to be used only in conjunction with the basic unit provided!
- Never operate appliance on uneven or slant surfaces!
- Use only fire blankets to extinguish fires on appliances!
- The appliance is not designed for commercial or industrial use; it is for household use only!
- Do not insert any objects and / or fingers in the appliance apertures.
- Disable appliances prior to disposal: after unplugging, cut off mains cable and take the appliance to an official refuse site.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- Avoid spillage on the connector!
- Avoid potential injury from misuse!

BEFORE USE
- Unpack the box with care, keeping all the packaging materials until you are satisfied everything is present and in working order.
- Remove all packaging and foils and store it for later use.
- Check if the appliance has been delivered completely and that it is in perfect order.
- Before using the appliance for the first time please clean the jug and the accessories, as described under the chapter “Cleaning and Care” to remove dust or production residues.

USING THE APPLIANCE
- Choose the appropriate whisk and set it inside the jug. (See the chart above for reference for function.)
- Pour the milk into the jug below the mark.
- Push the button to start the machine:
- Frothing & Heating: Touch the button then the red light on at the same time. After 90-140s the machine finishes working. After the red light continues to flash for 30 seconds, the red light goes out.
- Heating: Touch the button then the red light on at the same time. After 170-220s the machine finishes working. After the red light continues to flash for 30 seconds, the red light goes out.
- Frothing the cold milk: Pour the cold milk into the jug and push the button for 1-2 seconds then the blue light on. After 65s the machine finishes working. After the blue light continues to flash for 30 seconds, the blue light goes out.
HINTS AND TIPS
- Use whole milk (fat content >3.0%) for best results.
- Cold milk can be frothed with this frother. But it doesn’t mean you can cool down the milk with it. The frother do not make the milk warmer when using this function.
- Milk heats to approximately 65 +/- 5°C This is the ideal temperature to ensure the flavour of your coffee is not impaired and so you don’t have to wait too long until you can start sipping on your drink.
- Keep the whisks in a safe place. They are small and can easily be lost.
- After frothing or heating allow 2 minutes for the thermostat to reset (cooling down) and the frother to be ready for use again. To shorten this time, rinse with water and wipe dry after each use.
- The frother is designed to heat and froth milk only. Do not put coffee granules or chocolate powder or other similar flavour into the frother.
- Ensure it is cleaned immediately and thoroughly after using.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Remove the jug from the power base before cleaning!
- Separate the lid and the silicon ring from the jug!
- Never immerse the jug or the base into water!
- JUG INSIDE: Clean immediately after each use. Flush and clean the inner walls with using warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Never use sharp cleaning agents, hard nylon brush or metal brush to avoid scratches on the inside surface of the jug! Never clean with metal objects and never use abrasives. Then wipe dry with a soft cloth. Make sure that water does not run off the outside of the appliance and that no water enters the electrical connection on the bottom of the appliance!
- LID: Separate the lid and the silicon ring from the jug. Washing out with water directly.
- JUG OUTSIDE: Clean with a soft cloth. Never use sharp cleaning agents, hard nylon brush or metal brush to avoid scratches on the surface! Never clean with metal objects and never use abrasives.
- WHISKS: Remove it from the jug and wash with warm water. Dry and store in a safe place.
Do not use the dishwasher for cleaning!
