Bluetooth Pairing: Pairing To A New Device
Creative BT-L4 will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode right out the box and would remain in pairing mode for first-time pairing. For subsequent pairing, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds to manually trigger Bluetooth pairing.
Creative BT-L4 remembers up to four paired devices at a time. To pair to a new device, repeat the steps above. When powered on, Creative BT-L4 will attempt to reconnect to the last used device.
Streaming Modes
Creative BT-L4 is set to Ultra-low Latency (ULL) mode by default. To switch between modes, follow the instructions below.
Broadcast Mode (LC3)
Broadcast mode lets the user broadcast wireless audio from an audio source to
an unlimited number of supported audio devices. The LED indicator will start
flashing white to indicate that it is currently broadcasting.
Note that the broadcast stream is unencrypted and any supported device can
join the stream if it is within range.
Unicast Mode (LC3)
Unicast mode lets the user wirelessly connect to a compatible LE audio receiver to enjoy high-definition audio streaming on a one-to-one basis.
Super X-Fi Technology
Super X-Fi technology recreates a professional, multi-speaker system experience in your headphones by using computational audio to personalize the headphone experience based on how you hear sound to give you the most optimized and realistic listening experience. After personalizing your Super X-Fi profile, refer to the table below.
Note : If no profile was loaded onto Creative BT-L4, an audio prompt will trigger. Download the SXFI App to personalize and load your profile onto the audio transmitter.
Master Reset
Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 8 seconds to perform a Master Reset. The LED indicator will start flashing red while resetting. Creative BT-L4 will revert to its default state upon completion.

PRODUCT REGISTRATION AND WARRANTY
Registering your product ensures you receive the most appropriate service and
product support available. You can register your product at
creative.com/register. Please note that your warranty rights are not dependent
on registration.
Creative warrants the included Creative-branded hardware product (the
“Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship (“Defect(s)”) for
twelve (12) months (for the European Union, twenty-four (24) months (excluding
all wear and tear), subject to certain exceptions as stated in the EU
Directive 1999/44/EC) from the date of purchase. The Creative Limited Hardware
Warranty (the “Warranty”) does not cover (but not limited to) consumable
parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that, due to their nature,
tend to diminish over time; normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse. You
must provide Creative proof of original purchase of the Product by a dated
itemized receipt to be eligible for the Warranty. If a Defect arises and a
valid claim is received during the applicable Warranty Period, Creative will
at its sole option, service the
Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts at our sole
discretion. Warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided under local
consumer laws.
For Australia only: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded
under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund
for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced
if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount
to a major failure. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished
goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be
