Product Information

The Eagle Peak PC Greenhouse is a 6 ft x 6 ft x 7 ft structure
designed for outdoor use. It comes with a base assembly, corner
stakes, and other hardware required for setup. The greenhouse is
made of durable materials that can withstand various weather
conditions. This product is not suitable for indoor use.

Product Usage Instructions

Important Safety Instructions

  • Read all safety instructions before assembling and using the
    greenhouse.

  • Check with your local governing authority/local municipal codes
    regarding installation of structures before assembly.

  • Do not place the product underneath or near electrical
    lines.

  • Keep children away during assembly.

  • This product contains small parts which can be swallowed by
    children.

  • Keep fingers away from the places where they can be
    pinched.

  • Do not attempt to assemble the greenhouse if any parts are
    missing.

Assembly Instructions

Assemble the foundation frame using (4) 27-1 Beams, (4) 28
Corner Brackets, (4) 29 Base Hooks, and (16) 3 Screws, Nuts and
Washers. Use (4) 30 Corner Stakes if the greenhouse will be
anchored directly to the ground. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Base Assembly

  1. Place the four 27-1 beams on the ground in a square shape.

  2. Attach the four 28 corner brackets to the beams using screws,
    nuts, and washers.

  3. Attach the four 29 base hooks to the beams using screws, nuts,
    and washers.

  4. Secure the beams together using screws, nuts, and washers.

  5. If the greenhouse will be anchored to the ground, use the four
    30 corner stakes to secure the foundation frame into the soil.

Step 2: Assembly on Ground

  1. Excavate the site by removing the top 3 inches of grass or soil
    and level the base, allowing a 6-inch perimeter around the
    foundation.

  2. Place the foundation frame onto the leveled base.

Step 3: Assembly on Wood or Concrete Pad

  1. Place the foundation frame onto the wood or concrete pad.

After completing the base assembly, follow the remaining
instructions in the user manual to complete the greenhouse
assembly.

Warning! To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the following safety instructions before assembling and using the greenhouse. Please check with your local governing authority/local municipal codes regarding installation of structures before assembly.

Caution!

Proper placement of your greenhouse is essential. Do not place the product underneath or near electrical lines. Keep children away during assembly. This product contains small parts which can be swallowed by children. Keep fingers away from the places where they can be pinched. Do not attempt to assemble the greenhouse if any parts are missing.

· The product smust be installed on flat and level horizontal surface. · Ensure enough clearance around the product. Before assembling the product, find level ground no less than 6′(1.8m) away from any structures or obstructions, such as fences, garages, houses, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires. · This greenhouse is not to be regarded as part of a building/house structure. The greenhouse must be anchored securely to the ground or mounting surface. It is best to build the greenhouse on a hard, stable foundation. Appropriate screws or concrete anchors (not provided) must be used to anchor the greenhouse to the surface. Anchor stakes are provided for use on compacted soil or crushed stone. · The greenhouse may require two or more people to install safely. · Check for underground utilities before digging or driving stakes into the ground. · During installation, follow all safety warnings provided with your tools and use safety glasses. · If you set up more than one greenhouse, keep a minimum distance of 10′(3m) between the greenhouses. · Any assembly or maintenance of the product must be carried out by adults only. · Arrange necessary manpower when assembling or moving the product. · Some parts may contain sharp edges. Wear protective gloves if necessary. · Keep children and pets away while setting up the greenhouse. · Check all nuts and bolts periodically to ensure bolts/nuts are tightened. · Repairing and replacing parts should be done by a qualified person. · Do not light any fire inside or near the product! · Do not hang heavy weights on the roof frame. · Do not climb onto the roof of the greenhouse. Falling off or through the greenhouse can result in serious injury.

IMPORTANT
· Please read and understand this manual before any assembly. Before beginning assembly of the product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with packaging contents list. · Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and organize them for assembly. · Remove all packing materials and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed. · DO NOT tighten the screws before PC panel assembly in order to ensure all the parts fit with each other.
· The holes in the aluminum greenhouse are oval. If necessary, all parts of the greenhouse can be moved and adjusted before installation complete. · It will take 6-8 hours to set up the greenhouse with 2-3 people. Please leave ample time to do the assembly, and do not stop once assembly has begun. A partially assembled greenhouse frame may be damaged or destroyed due to bad weather. · Read each step carefully before beginning any assembly and make sure you understand each step. IMPORTANT: The ground, wooden deck, or concrete surface must be firm and level for maximum stability and durability. If not, the PC board may not be properly secured in the provided guide rail and may be blown out by strong wind. The greenhouse must be securely anchored by placing the foundation frame into the ground and securing with stakes, or by fixing it to a wooden deck or concrete surface. (See Step 1.1 – Step 1.5 for details.) Failure to properly secure or anchor the greenhouse will void the warranty.

Two sides of PC sheet are covered with thin film, one side’s film is transparent, opposite side’s film is opal white. The UV-protected side of the sheet is covered with opal white film and must face towards the sun.

Step 12

Installing the PC Panels

Use of a ladder may be necessary to reach the top of the greenhouse.

The sides of the panels are secured using the Spring Clips 14. To place the clips insert one end into the frame channel. Then, capture the panel in the center of the clip as shown below. Lastly, insert the remaining end of the clip into the channel.

The ends of the panels are secured to the frame using Clip 17 as shown. Use (2) clips per short side.

Additional Strength
Advice You can also glue the polycarbonate panel to the aluminum frame to enhance the stability using silicone sealant.
Note Silicone sealant and caulking gun are not included in our tool kit. You can buy them locally. Only use the silicone sealant suitable for aluminum.
