SUFFOCATION HAZARD:

INFANTS HAVE SUFFOCATED:
IN GAPS BETWEEN EXTRA PADDING AND THE SIDE OF THE BASSINET.
ON SOFT BEDDING. USE ONLY THE PAD PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER, NEVER ADD A PILLOW, COMFORTER, OR ANY OTHER MATTRESS FOR PADDING.
IF A SHEET IS USED WITH THE PAD, USE ONLY THE ONE PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR ONE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO FIT THE DIMENSION OF THE MATTRESS PAD.
NEVER LEAVE THE INFANT IN THE BASSINET WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF SIDS, PEDIATRICIANS RECOMMEND HEALTHY INFANTS BE
PLACED ON THEIR BACKS TO SLEEP, UNLESS OTHERWISE ADVISED BY THEIR PHYSICIAN.

FALL HAZARD:

A BASSINET IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A SLEEPING AREA FOR AN INFANT UNTIL HE OR SHE BEGINS TO PUSH UP ON HANDS AND KNEES OR CAN ROLL OVER WHICH IS ABOUT 3 MONTHS OF AGE OR HAS REACHED 25 LBS, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST,.

PERIODICALLY, CHECK THE PRODUCT FOR LOOSE, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PARTS.

STRANGULATION HAZARD:

STRINGS CAN CAUSE STRANGULATION.
NEVER PLACE THE PRODUCT NEAR WINDOW BLINDS OR PATIO DOORS WITH CORDS WHERE A CHILD COULD REACH THE CORD AND BE STRANGLED, OR HANG STRINGS OVER THE PRODUCT OR PLACE ITEMS WITH A STRING AROUND AN INFANT’S NECK OR ATTACH STRINGS TO TOYS.
DO NOT PLACE ANY CORD OR STRAP OR SIMILAR ITEMS IN OR NEAR THIS PRODUCT THAT COULD BE WRAPPED AROUND A CHILD’S NECK.
DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING WITH A STRING AROUND A CHILD’S NECK, SUCH AS HOOD STRINGS OR PACIFIER CORDS.
DO NOT SUSPEND STRINGS OVER A BASSINET OR CRADLE OR ATTACH STRINGS TO TOYS.

WARNINGS

Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD
Babies have suffocated:

On pillows, comforters and extra padding.
In gaps between a wrong size mattress, or extra padding and product sides.
NEVER add soft bedding or padding.
Use ONLY the mattress provided by the manufacturer.
Always place babies on their backs to sleep to reduce the risk of SIDS and suffocation.
If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one provided by the product manufacturer or one specifically designed to fit the dimension of the product mattress.

FALL HAZARD:
To help prevent falls,

Do not use this product when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 25 lbs, whichever comes first.
Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a product or attach strings to toys.
Do not use it if any part of the bassinet/cradle is broken, torn, or missing.

BASSINET ASSEMBLY

SUPPORT FRAME ASSEMBLY

1a. Connect the tubes of the basket to the support frame by the screw (Refer to zoomed-in illustration in 1st image).
1b. Attach the Basket to each of the legs of the support frame using the grey plastic tube clips (Refer to zoomed-in illustration in 3rd image).

BASSINET FRAME ASSEMBLY

2a. In order to assemble the bassinet frame, insert the smaller, curved tubes into the long, straight tubes until they click into place.

2b. Once assembled, the frame should resemble the second illustration.

BASSINET AND PAD ASSEMBLY

3a. Once the bassinet is assembled, connect the bassinet frame to the support frame as shown in the illustration.

3b. Once assembled, the bassinet should resemble the 2nd illustration.

3c. Place the pad inside the bassinet.

CANOPY AND MOSQUITO NET ASSEMBLY

4a. To fix the mosquito net, insert the clip on the canopy into the plastic fixture on the bassinet tube.
4b. Fix the canopy securely to the bassinet by pressing down the snap located at the back.

USE OF WHEELS

5a. To put the wheels on stand, turn them sideways and revolve them as shown in the illustration.
5b. It can be rocked smoothly for babies if the wheels are positioned outwards and revolved.
5c. In the zoomed-in illustrations, you can see how to lock and unlock the wheels before using them.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

PLEASE CHECK AND MAINTAIN THE BASSINET REGULARLY TO MAKE SURE YOUR BABY AWAY FROM ACCIDENT.
THE ADULT MUST CHECK THE BED AND MAKE SURE FOR SAFE AT EVERY TIME.
PLEASE ADD THE LUBRICATING OIL TO THE BEARINGS REGULARLY IN ORDER TO PROLONG THE PRODUCT LIFETIME.
TO CLEAN THE BED, USE A SOFT AND DRY CLOTH OR SPONGE, DO NOT USE ALKALINE OR ACIDIC PRODUCTS.
IF THE BASSINET IS WASHED WITH WATER, IT WILL NOT CORRODE THE IRON PIPES OR HARDWARE.
DO NOT USE OR KEEP THE BED IN A WET, COLD OR HIGH TEMPERATURE ENVIRONMENT FOR A LONG TIME.
PLEASE USE THE BRUSH OR OTHER CLEAN TOOLS TO CLEAN ANY SPLOTCHES ON THE PAD.

Dream On Me warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect.
This warranty covers 1 year from the date of original purchase.
This warranty is valid only upon presentation of proof of purchase.
This is solely limited to the repair or replacement of defective furniture components and no assembly labor is included.
This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly assembled, subjected to misuse or abuse or which has been altered or repaired in any way.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
