Installation Time:

Installation Instructions:
- Removal of Factory Steel Bumper:
- Begin by removing the front plastic d-ring guards by removing the pins.
- Loosen the bolts on each side of the bumper using a 15mm socket.
- Disconnect fog lights and front sensors if equipped.
- Remove all bumper bolts and d-ring mounts.
- Remove the rubber/plastic shroud under the grill.
- If applicable, remove plastic covers or relocate modules.
- Remove factory nut plates behind each bumper mount on the frame rail.
- If equipped with sensors, remove main bumper brackets and mount.
- Detach wire harness and sensors carefully.
- Paste the EVA on both sides of the main body and assemble components using specified bolts and washers.

Installation instruction
REMOVAL OF FACTORY STEEL BUMPER

Step 1: Begin by removing the front plastic d-ring guards. Using a screwdriver or push pin remover, remove the (2) pins on the bottom and (2) near the top of the d-ring mount.
Pull the top half away from the bronco and set to the side. Repeat for the other side. -
Step 2: Using a 15mm socket, loosen the (3) bolts on each side. Note: When you do this, the bumper can become free from the vehicle and can fall. Ensure you have another person holding it, or the bumper secure to prevent falling and injury.

Step 3: Once all bolts are loose, remove the plug for the fog lights and front sensors if equipped. This is located at the back end of to the grill on the driver’s side.

Step 4: Once unplugged, remove all (6) bumper bolts and d-rings mounts. Set the bumper face down off to the side.

Step 5: Remove the rubber/plastic shroud under the grill by pulling the tabs on the shroud away (up/down) from the vehicle while pulling the shroud from the vehicle.

Step 6: If you do not have adaptive cruise control, remove the plastic cover by pushing the clip on the top down while pulling away from Bronco, and set off to the side.
Note : If you have adaptive cruise control, you will need to relocate the module using our bumper to retain it, please look the step 17. -
Step 7: Reach behind each bumper mount on the frame rail and remove the factory nut plate.

Step 8: If equipped with sensors, remove the main bumper brackets from the backside of the bumper using a 13mm socket, and remove the (4) hex head bolts.

Step 9: Next, using a T40 torx bit, remove the (6) bolts securing the mount in place. Once removed, gently separate the mount from the bumper, and set off to the side.

Step 10: To remove the wire harness, using a flathead screwdriver or pin puller, remove all the retaining clips securing the harness to the bumper.

Step 11: To remove the sensors, spread the two tabs on the sensor bezel and gently pull up on the sensor. Make sure that the rubber ring around the sensor head remains on the sensor.

Step 12: Paste the EVA on both sides of the main body first, and then assemble the wings & the main body with the Hex Bolt (M1220), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2).

Step 13: Install the connecting bracket into the bumper with the Hex Bolt (M1290), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M12).

Step 14: Install the license plate bracket into the decorative plate with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M8*20), and Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). you can install it before step 12.

Step 15: Feed the bumper wiring harness through the access holes in the bumper. The plug that connects to the vehicle should be on the driver’s side. The sensors should be at their approximate location of installation. Install the sensor into your bumper with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M4*16).First put the rubber stopper into the sensor, and then install the bracket of the sensor. If you do not have a wiring harness, skip to the next step.

Step 16: With assistance, lift the bumper to the vehicle and loosely secure it using the provided M12 hardware with a 18mm shallow socket. Ensure the wiring is not being pinched between the bumper and the vehicle. Adjust the bumper up/down as necessary to sit even. There should be no large gaps between the bumper/wings and the vehicle. Finish securing hardware when the bumper is adjusted as desired.
Note : Assistance is required to prevent injury and damage to the product and vehicle. -
Step 17: Install the decorative cover into the bumper with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Flat Washer (M820*1.5). Notes: Please install the middle two screws first when installing the screws, and then install the other screws in sequence.

Step 18: If you have adaptive cruise control, you will need to relocate the module using our bumper to retain it. Put the Nylon Round Spacer (11106) first, and then place the adaptive cruise control, and install the Flanged Hex Nylon Lock Nut (M6).

Step 19: install the D-rings.
