Tools required:

a. Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench;
b. 19mm Shallow Socket;
c. 10mm & 19mm Wrench;
d. 4mm Hex Bit Socket;

Installation time:

About 1.5 hours, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.
(PLEASE VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT AND READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION!)

Installation instruction:

Step 1: Remove the factory front bumper, ready to install our bumper.

Step 2: Assemble the main body & the wings with the M12 *30 hex bolt groups. Tighten up those bolts.

Step 3: Install the connecting brackets into the bumper with the M12*30 hex bolt groups. Attention to distinguish the driver side & the passenger side, the picture show is the passenger side. Repeat the installation in the other side.
Tighten up those bolts.

Step 4: Assemble the license plate bracket (A1, A2, A3) with the M620 button head socket cap bolts screw groups. And then install it into the bumper with the M620 button head socket cap bolts screw groups. Attention to the installation holes is below the light net.

Step 5: Lift up the bumper. Install the bumper into your vehicle with the M1235 hex bolts, D12 split lock washer, M1230*2 flat washer, M12 hex nuts.
Please attention to adjust the gap between the vehicle and the bumper before tightening up those bolts.
