Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Remove Factory Bumper

Ensure the factory bumper is removed to prepare for the installation of the new product.

Step 2: Assemble Main Body with Wings

Glue the EVA into the main body. Assemble the wings & the main body using the following components:

• Hex Bolts (M12*30)
• Split Lock Washer (D12)
• Flat Washer (M12302)
• Hex Nuts (M12)

Repeat the same installation on the other side.

Step 3: Install Bull Bar

Secure the bull bar into the main body using the following components:

• Hex Bolts (M8*20)
• Split Lock Washer (D8)
• Flat Washer (M8161.5)
• Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8)

Step 4: Attach License Plate Bracket

Assemble the license plate bracket (A1, A2, A3) with the M620\ button head socket cap bolts screw groups. Then, install it into the bumper using the M620 button head socket cap bolts screw groups.

Step 5: Install Winch Power Control Box Bracket

If applicable, install the winch power control box bracket using the following components:

• Hex Bolts (M8*20)
• Split Lock Washer (D8)
• Flat Washer (M8161.5)
• Flange Lock Hex Nuts (M8)

Step 6: Mount Bumper onto Vehicle

Lift up the bumper and install it into your vehicle using:

• Hex Bolt (M12*35)
• Split Lock Washer (D12)
• Flat Washer (M12302)
• Hex Nut (M12)

Step 7: Completion

Installation instruction

• Step 1: Reomve the factory bumper, ready to install our product
• Step 2: Glue the EVA into the main body. To assemble the wings & the main body. Use the Hex Bolts (M1230), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), Hex Nuts (M12). Repeat the same installation in the other side.
• Step 3: To install the bull bar into the main body. Use the Hex Bolts (M820), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M816*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).
• Step 4: Assemble the license plate bracket (A1, A2, A3) with the M620 button head socket cap bolts screw groups. And then install it into the bumper with the M620 button head socket cap bolts screw groups.
• Step 5: To install the winch power control box bracket. Use the Hex Bolts (M820), Split lock washer (D8), Flat washer (M816*1.5), Flange Lock Hex Nuts (M8). This step isn’t 100% necessary. Depends if you have the winch power control box.
• Step 6: Lift up the bumper. Install the bumper into your vehicle with the Hex Bolt (M1235), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), Hex Nut (M12).
