Product Usage Instructions

Tools Required:

• Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench
• 4mm Hex Bit Socket
• 10mm, 13mm, 17mm, 19mm Wrenches
• 13mm, 19mm Shallow Socket

Installation Time:

About 1.5 hours, recommended to have 2-3 people. Installation time may vary based on mechanical skill level.

Installation Instructions:

1. Step 1: Remove the factory front bumper.
2. Step 2: Assemble the wings & the main body using provided Hex Bolts, Split Lock Washers, Flat Washers, and Hex Nuts.
3. Step 3: Install the bull bar into the main body using specified hardware.
4. Step 4: Attach the license plate bracket and install it onto the bumper.
5. Step 5: Optionally install the winch power control box bracket if applicable.
6. Step 6: Mount the bumper onto your vehicle using the provided hardware.
7. Step 7: Complete the installation and enjoy your off-road adventures!

Installation instruction

• Step 1 : Remove the factory front bumper, ready to install our product.

• Step 2 : Stick the EVA into the main body. To assemble the wings & the main body. Use the Hex Bolts (M1230), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), Hex Nuts (M12). Repeat the same installation in the other side.

• Step 3 : To install the bull bar into the main body. Use the Hex Bolts (M820), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M816*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).

• Step 4 : Assemble the license plate bracket (A1, A2, A3) with the M620 button head socket cap bolts screw groups. And then install it into the bumper with the M620 button head socket cap bolts screw groups.

• Step 5 : To install the winch power control box bracket. Use the Hex Bolts (M820), Split lock washer (D8), Flat washer (M816*1), Flange Lock Hex Nuts (M8). This step isn’t 100% necessary. Depends if you have the winch power control box.

• Step 6 : Install the bumper into your vehicle with the Hex Bolt(M1230), Split Lock Washer(D12), Flat Washer(M1225*2), Hex Nuts(M12).
