a. Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench;
b. 4mm Hex Bit Socket;
c. 13mm,17mm, 19mm Wrench ;
d. 13mm,19mm Shallow Socket;
Installation time:
About 1 hour,2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according
to your mechanical skill level.

Installation instruction:
Step1: Remove the factory vehicle bumper,ready to install our bumper.
Step2: To assemble the wings & the main body.Use
the(M12*30)Hex Blots groups.Repeat the same installation steps in the other
side.Tighten up those bolts.
(3) M 1230 Hex Bolts
(3) D12 Split Lock Washer
(6) M 12302 Flat Washer
(3) Ml2 Hex Nut
Step 3: To install the license plate bracket.Use the(M820)Button Head Socket
Cap Bolts Screw groups.Tighten up those bolts.
(2) M820 Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws
(2) 08 Split Lock Washer
(2) M820*2 Flat Washer
(2) M8 Flange Lock Hex Nuts
Step4: To assemble the bullbar & the main body.Use the hexbolts(M820),split
lock washer(D8),flat washer (M8202),flange hex lock nuts(M8).Repeat the same
installation steps in the other side.Tighten up those bolts.

(4) D8 Split Lock Washer
(4) M8202 Flat Washer
(4) MB Flange Lock Hex Nuts
Step5: To install the winch power control box bracket.Use the
hexbolts(M820),split lock washer (D8),flat washer (M8202),flange hex lock
nuts (M8).This step isn’t 100% necessary. Depends if you have the winch power
controlbox.
Step 6: Lift up the
winch bracket and install it into your vehicle with the HexBolts,Split Lock
Washer,Flat Washer,Hex Nuts,Flange hex locknuts.Tighten up those bolts. Step 7
: Lift up the bumper and install it in to your vehicle with the
HexBolts(M1230),Split Lock Washer( D12),Flat Washer (M12302),Hex Nuts
(M12).Tighten up those bolts.
Step8: The installation is complete.We hope you enjoy a
