Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Remove the factory front bumper

Before starting the installation, remove the existing front bumper to prepare for the installation of the new product.

Step 2: Connect the wings to the main body

Using the M12*30 hex bolts, attach the wings to the main body of the product. Repeat this process on the other side as well.

Step 3: Install the license plate bracket

If required, assemble the license plate bracket using M620 button head socket cap bolts and nuts. Secure the bracket into the main body using M620 screws as indicated in the diagram.

Step 4: Secure the Nut Plate and internal tooth star lock washers

Prior to installing the bumper, use internal tooth star lock washers to secure the Nut Plate in the center installation position on the bar. Repeat this step on both sides.

Step 5: Attach the bumper to the vehicle

Lift the bumper and align it with the designated holes. Secure the bumper to the vehicle by utilizing M12 bolts and nuts.

Step 6: Complete the installation

Installation instruction

• Step 3: If you need to install the license plate bracket, first you need to use M620 button head socket cap bolts and nuts to assemble the license plate bracket. Then, use M620 screws to secure it into the main body, as shown in the diagram.

• Step 4: Before installing the bumper, use internal tooth star lock washers Retaining to secure the Nut Plate to the center installation position on the bar. Repeat the same procedure on the other side.

• Step 5: Lift the bumper, align it with the holes, and secure the bumper to the vehicle by using M12 bolts and nuts.
