Installation Guide

a.16mm & 19mm Socket Wrench
b.19mm & 13mm Wrench
c. 5mm Hex Bit Socket;H

Installation time:

About 2 hours, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.

Installation instruction:

Step 1:
Remove your original front bumper.

Step 2: Assemble the wings & the main body with the Hex Bolt (M1230), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (D1230*2), Hex Nut (M12).

Step 3: Install the bull bar into the bumper with the Hex Bolt (M820), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M820*2), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).

Step 4: Install the iron mesh into the bumper with the Plastic Hand Knobs (M8).

Step 5: This step is not necessery. If you are use the winch control box, place install the bracket with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M820*2), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).

Step 6: Install the winch bracket into the vehicle frame. Notes : Upper holes use the Hex Bolt (M1030), Split Lock Washer (D10), Flat Washer (M10252), Hex Nut (M10).
Bottom holes use the Hex Bolt (M1230), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M12302), Hex Nut (M12).

Step 7: Install the license plate bracket into the bumper with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M820*2), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).

Step 8:
Place the bumper into the car frame and tighten up the Hex Bolt (M1230), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M1230*2), Hex Nut (M12).

The same operation for the other side.

Step 9:
