Installation Instructions
- Unplug the factory bumper from the Bronco.
- Using a 13mm Socket, unbolt the side bumper supports.
- Remove the lower four bumper bolts using an 18mm Socket.
- Lay the bumper on a soft surface face down and unclip the license plate light.
- Remove the thirteen bolts holding the three center brackets.
- Remove the point where the wire harness is connected to the bumper or brackets.
- Remove the sensors from the sensor bezels.
- Learn the bumper forward and remove the sensor bezel.
- Pull the wire harness away to be used on your new bumper.
- Install the extension part into the bumper.
- Lay the factory wire harness across the bumper lining up the sensor to the corresponding holes.
- Lift the bumper into the vehicle frame and install with Hex Bolt, Flat Washer, Split Lock Washer, and Hex Nuts.
- The installation is complete.

Installation instruction
- Step 1: Unplug the factory bumper from the Bronco. Located the small plugs just to the rear of wheel wells on each side of the bumper.
- Step 2: Using a 13mm Socket, unbolt the side bumper supports on each side of the bumper just outside of the frame rails.
- Step 3: Remove the lower four bumper bolts using an 18mm Socket.
- Note: When you do this, the bumper can become free from the vehicle and can fall. Ensure you have another person holding it, or the bumper secure to prevent falling and injury.
- Step 4: Once the bumper is removed, lay on a soft surface face down. Unclip the license plate light by squeezing the plug and pulling away from the bumper.
- Step 5: Remove the thirteen bolts holding the three center brackets using a 13mm socket.
- Step 6: Using a push pin removal tool, remove the point where the wire harness is connected to the bumper or brackets.
- Step 7: Remove the two center sensors from the sensor bezels by spreading the two tabs on the bezels and pulling the sensor up.
- Step 8: To remove the outer sensor, spread the tabs on the inner gray sensor bezel to release the sensor, and once removed, squeeze the same tab while pulling the face of the bezel on the outside to release the bezel from the white cage.
- Step 9: Lean the bumper forward, and while pulling the face of the sensor bezel from the outside of the bumper, squeeze the two tabs on the bezel near the bumper to remove the bezel.
- Step 10: Carefully. Pull the wire harness away to be used on your new bumper. You are now done with the removal of your Bronco bumper.
- Step 11: Install the extension part into the bumper with the Socket Head Cap Screws (M616), Split Lock Washer (D6), Flat Washer (M616*1), and Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6).
- Step 12: Lay the factory wire harness across the bumper lining up the sensor to the corresponding holes. running the wire harness through the bumper’s structure. First, put the rubber stopper into the sensor, and then install the bracket of the sensor with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M4*16).
- Step 13: Lift the bumper into the vehicle frame. Install the bumper with the Hex Bolt (M1245), Flat Washer (M121.5*30), Split Lock Washer (D12), Hex Nuts (M12). (Can also be installed with factory bolts)
