4. Installation instruction:
Step 1: First, you need to remove the factory vehicle roof rack. Use a a easy door panel removal tool to remove the plastic cover, and then unscrew the factory screws.
Step 2: First, starting from assembling the roof rack, before installation, please find a flat surface for easy setup. In this step, you need to first assemble the front faring and the short aluminum crossbar. Insert the Tee Sliding Slot Nuts into the short aluminum bar, aligning them with the holes on the front faring, and fasten them with M6*10 screws.
Step 3: Connect the side rails and the long aluminum bars, and fasten them with M8*20 screws.
Step 4: Next, you need to install the front and rear faring on the side rails. Use M616 screws and nuts for the front faring and M816 screws and nuts for the rear faring.

Step 5: Next, please differentiate the installation positions of the mounting brackets. The brackets are marked with D1, D2, P1, P2, corresponding to the driver’s side front and rear, and the passenger’s side front and rear. When installing, ensure that the side with the groove is inserted into the vehicle body.
Step 6 : Next, place the pre-differentiated mount brackets on the factory vehicle installation holes. Before placing them, install the rubber gaskets in the bottom grooves of the mount brackets. Then, insert the mount brackets into the factory vehicle mounting holes. Repeat this process for all four mounting brackets.
Step 7: Finally, lift up the luggage rack onto the vehicle, align it with the bracket holes, and install using M8*65 hex flange bolts. Note to place rubber gaskets under the washers during installation and avoid tightening the screws completely. Lift the luggage rack during screw installation, and only tighten all the screws after they are all in place.

Installation Instructions:
- Remove the factory vehicle roof rack using an easy door panel removal tool and unscrew the factory screws.
- Assemble the roof rack starting with the front faring and short aluminum crossbar. Fasten with M6*10 screws.
- Connect side rails and long aluminum bars using M8*20 screws.
- Install front and rear faring with specified screws and nuts.
- Differentiate and install mounting brackets marked D1, D2, P1, P2 on the vehicle body.
- Place mount brackets in the factory vehicle installation holes with rubber gaskets and tighten.
- Lift up the luggage rack onto the vehicle, align with bracket holes, and install using M8*65 hex flange bolts.
- Complete installation by tightening all screws. Enjoy your off-road adventures with the product!
