Installation Instructions:

Park motorcycle on a level surface and ensure engine has time to cool before beginning installation. Cover tank and fender to prevent accidental damage.
Right side install -
Remove housing screws A and B (Fig. 1), Then remove housing plate and set aside. Next, loosen but do not remove screws C and D. Fig. 1

Loosen lock nuts on cables and adjust control nuts to give cables more slack. Fig. 2

Using a pick or hook tool, lift the cable up enough to slide out both ferrules from grip. Fig. 3

Brass ferrules can easily come loose from cable studs, remove both and set aside to prevent loss. Fig. 4

With new grip on bar place ferrules back on cable studs and route cables back into place. Fig. 5, 6 Place housing cover back and tighten all screws removed and loosened from Fig. 1.
Readjust cables, Fig. 2 back to factory specs. Slide rubber cable covers back into place.
Left side Install -
Remove left side cover plate by removing and loosening screws as shown in Fig. 1. As many left hand OEM grips are glued you may need to cut grip to remove. Fig. 7

Remove any remaining glue residue with sandpaper to ensure a smooth fit for new grip. Fig. 8

Slide grip onto bar, no glue is necessary, and position so cam locks look like Fig. 9. Replace cover plate and tighten all screws to factory specs.
