Installation Instructions:

Park motorcycle on a level surface and ensure engine has time to cool before beginning installation.
Right side install -
Unscrew the top and bottom screws from switch housing and set aside front cover. Fig. 1

Loosen screws on brake clamp assembly to facilitate removal of the stock grip. Expand assembly enough to clear ridge on grip and pull off handlebar. Fig. 2

Note the throttle position sensor at the end of the bar, Fig. 3, which will engage with the Chicane™ grip when installed so rotate position of grip to your preference before engaging fully.

Ridge on the front collar of the grip must be inside switch housing assembly. Replace front plate on switch housing and tighten all screws securely. Fig. 4
ATTENTION Make sure that throttle grip moves freely and springs back to start position without any sticking.
Left Side Install

Repeat steps 2 and 3 above to remove left grip.

When installing grip note position of cam locks to secure grip in place and prevent rotation. No glue is required.

Replace front switch plate cover and tighten all screws securely.
