Installation Instructions:

If possible, put the motorcycle on a lift, center stand, or another type of stable jack.
Remove seat and Tour Pack liner.
Set them aside for reinstallation.
Place masking tape on the left side corner of the Tour Pack lid. FIG.1

Center and hold the Ciro Streak Light up to the Tour Pack lid. Mark the wire location. FIG.1
Measure 11/16” (18mm) up from the rim of the Tour Pack lid. Mark with a horizontal line. FIG.2
Drill a 1/8” (3mm) pilot hole at the marked location. Use a step drill to increase the size to 1/2” (13mm).FIG.2

Near the front left corner drill a 1/8” (3mm) pilot hole. 1/4“ (7mm) up from the bottom. FIG.3

Use the step drill to increase the hole size to 1/2” (13mm). FIG.4
Remove the masking tape and thoroughly clean the mounting surface with hot water and soap.
ATTENTION: The connector pins on the ends of the wire are delicate. Be careful when handling them.
Insert the wire into the hole drilled into the Tour Pack lid in step 6. Use tape to hold the Ciro Streak Light in place on the lid.
Slide the wire under the plate at the bottom of the Tour Pack. When it comes out near the left front corner, install the grommet into the hole drilled in step 8. Push the wire through the grommet and pull it out the other side. A small amount of soap and water will help. FIG. 3 – 4 – 5.
Place the female connectors onto the male connectors on the Ciro wire harness. Align the brown and black wires into one connector. Align the red, blue, and violet wires into the other connector. Gently push the pins into the female connectors. FIG. 6
Install the Ciro wire harness in line with the 6-pin harness on the motorcycle. Plug in the Streak Light connectors. FIG. 7
Turn on the ignition and test the Ciro Streak light functions.
Clean the surface where the Ciro Streak light installs.
ATTENTION: Thoroughly clean the mounting surface with denatured alcohol to remove all wax, oil, and residue.
NOTE: New motorcycles are delivered from the factory covered in protective oil. Remove it before installing this product.
NOTE: Do not install if the temperature is below 50° F. The adhesive will not cure properly.
Peel off the adhesive liner from the Streak Light. Put the light into place and press firmly for 30 seconds.
Route the wire over the hinge. Secure it to the Tour Pack lid with the included zip tie keepers. Install the Tour Pack liner18. Under the seat route, the wire harness along the left side of the frame and secure it using zip ties. Reinstall the seat.
