XE50- A
Product Introduction
XE50-A is a wireless charging device that can wirelessly charge mobile phones at intervals of 15-37mm. It is suitable for non-metallic desktops such as marble , wood, glass, etc., and can be placed on the desktop or installed at the bottom of the desktop. It can be used in homes, offices, hotels, and other places. It can wirelessly charge mobile phones or other electronic devices that support the Qi standard, and the charging is stable. Different charging methods allow you to enjoy the wonderful life brought by infinite technology.
Installation Steps
Precautions before installation:
If installing under the desk, please make sure that the thickness of the
desktop is within 37mm.

Take out the charger
Take out the wireless charger and tear off the 3M glue -
Place the expected charging position
Paste the wireless charger at the expected charging position under the table, and the position of the light board is directly above it -
Connect adapter
Plug in the power adapter and power on the wireless charger -
Take out the auxiliary sticker
Open the bubble bag, take out the auxiliary sticker, and put it on the table -
Align the light board to brighten
Aim the light board at the bottom of the wireless charger until all lights are on -
Paste auxiliary stickers
Tear off the 3M glue behind the upper part of the dotted line of the auxiliary sticker, and paste it on the table -
Apply smart desk stickers
Tear off the circular sticker along the dotted line protrusion in the upper left corner of the auxiliary sticker, align and paste the smart table sticker -
Tear off the sticker
Remove the auxiliary sticker on the outermost periphery of the indicator light -
Charge anytime
Put your phone on the center of the smart sticker and start to use

Note: Please choose a tabletop installed on non-metallic materials such as marble, wood, glass, etc., and the thickness is within 37mm
Safety Tips
- Do not pull the power cord forcibly to avoid breaking or falling off the power cord.
- Do not disassemble the XE50-A by yourself or throw it into fire or water to avoid short-circuit leakage.
- Do not use XE50-A in severe high-temperature, humid or corrosive environments to avoid leakage of electricity due to damage to the circuit.
Precautions
- Please use a power adapter that supports QC2.0 and above protocols, otherwise it may cause unstable charging.
- Do not place metal debris or magnetic cards on the wireless charging table, which may cause damage or the charger will not work.
- During use, if the receiving coil or the transmitting board is overheated to stop charging, please remove the charging device and try again after cooling down.
FAQ
The wireless charging speed is relatively slow.
– The mobile phone itself or the external receiving coil allows the wireless charging current to be different, or the application running consumes a lot of power when the mobile phone is charging. It is recommended to reduce or close the application.
Charging will heat up.
– It is normal that the receiving coil or the transmitting board generates heat during the wireless charging process. It is recommended to adjust the charging position.
The wireless charging of the mobile phone does not work, and the host buzzer does not sound.
– The installation method of the host is wrong or the wireless charging
position of the mobile phone is wrong, please check the installation or place
the mobile phone in the center of the desk sticker.
– The host is installed correctly, the phone is placed in the correct
position, the buzzer of the host does not ring when the power is on, and the
phone does not charge.
– If the host is faulty, contact after-sales maintenance.
