- a. Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench;
- b. 4mm & 5mm Hex Bit Socket;
- c. 13mm Wrench;
Installation time
About 1 hour, 1-2 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level. (PLEASE VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT AND READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION!) To view the electronic version (BXG.1033), please scan the QR code.
Installation instruction:
Step 1: Before installation, please adhere the EVA (700*80) provided by us to the moveable cart base to prevent the door from getting scratched when it is placed.
Step 2: To install the wheels & the lockable wheels into the base. Use the Flat Washer (M8161), Nylon Insert Lock Nut (M8). When installing, please install the same wheels on the same side.
Step 3: To install the movable cart body (C) into the movable cart base. Use the Hex Bolt (M820), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M816*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Tighten up those bolts
Step 4 : To install the movable cart body (A) . Use the Hex Bolt (M820),
Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M816*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).
Don’t tighten up those bolts.
Step 5: To install the movable cart body (B). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Split Lock Washer (D8), Flat Washer (M816*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8). Don’t tighten up those bolts.
Step 6: To install the round tube. Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M816), Flat Washer (M816*1). Don’t tighten up those bolts.
Installations for use:
Step 7: The height and width are adjustable during use. Please select the
appropriate model based on the dimensions provided in the table below, then
adjust it to the corresponding size, and finally tighten the screws in steps 5
and 6. Please note that the measurements are manually taken and may have
slight deviations.
Step 8:
The installation is complete. We hope you enjoy a wonderful off-road life with
