Tools required:

  1. 5mm & 4mm Hex Bit Socket;
  2. 7mm Deep Socket;
  3. Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench;
  4. Phillips Screwdriver;
  5. 7mm Wrench;

(1) Installation time:

About 2 hours, 1-2 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according to your mechanical skill level.

(1Installation instruction:

Step 1: You will need to fully remove the rear fenders by turning the clips on the underside of the fender down until they feel loose. Once loose, pull the fender away from the bronco directly towards you, releasing the clips.
Note: The picture is front fenders, but both front and rear fenders are mounted in this manner.

Step 2: Use a Phillips Screwdriver and panel clip removal tool to remove the various clips securing inner fender to the vehicle.

Step 3: Use a 7mm deep socket to remove the nuts securing the inner fender, located at the top of the inner fender and lower front section of the inner fender.
Note: Passenger side will have two nuts securing it in the top section.

Step 4: Remove inner fender by pulling down by the lip of the fender and out.

Step 5: Please check the package to confirm receipt of all products and accessories (there are total left and right Rear Inner Fender Liners and accessories).
Step 6: Before loading, please divide the product according to the passenger side and driver side as shown in the picture, and prepare to assemble.

Passenger Side (A2, B2, C2, D2, E) Installation:
Step 7: Install the Decorative Plate (E) into the back of the Part (D2) with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M4*8), Nylon Insert Lock Nut (M4).

Step 8: Assembly the passenger side Rear Inner Fender Liners (A2, B2, C2, D2) with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M6*10), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6). As the picture shown.

Step 9: Place the mounting bracket in the right bottom position (as the picture shown). Take the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M620) , Flat Washer (M616*1.5) and insert them through the holes in the mounting bracket, Twist the screws to approximately 2/3 of their full tightness without fully tightening them.

Step 10: Place the mounting bracket in the left side bottom position (near the rear of vehicle). Take the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M620) , Flat Washer (M616*1.5) and insert them through the holes in the mounting bracket, Twist the screws to approximately 2/3 of their full tightness without fully tightening them. (Applies to passenger side only, no need for this step on driver side).

Step 11: Lift the rear inner fender liner and prepare to install it on the car. It is recommended that two people install it together. First hide the outer edge of the rear inner fender liner into the car body, which will make it easier for you to install the screws in the next step.

Step 12: Once you have ensured that the installation in the previous step is correct, have one person lift the rear lining while the other person uses the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M625) , Flat Washer (M616*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6) to install them into the two middle holes. However, there is no need to tighten these two screws at this stage. Note: The hole is installed the mounting bracket don’t need install the flange hex lock nuts (the driver side need).

Step 13: In this step, install the hole in the top right corner using the Button Head Socket Cap Bolt (M625) and flat washer (M616*1.5) to connect the mounting bracket. You can tighten this screw initially as it won’t affect the subsequent installation.

Step 14: In this step, install the hole on the far left side. use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolt (M625) and flat washer (M616*1.5). Don’t tighten up this bolts.

Step 16: In this step, install the hole on the far right side. use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolt (M625), Flat washer (M616*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6). Before installing the screw, you need to remove the factory vehicle’s screw kit. Of course, you can also use the factory vehicle’s screws to install this hole.

Step 17: Tighten all the screws. Use the same installation method to install on the driver side except the step 10 (don’t need install the mounting bracket in step10). The driver side only use one mounting bracket (the same as the step 9).
