a. Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench;
b. 4mm & 5mm Hex Bit Socket;
c. 10mm & 13mm Shallow Socket;
Installation time:
About 1.5 hours, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ
according to your mechanical skill level.

Installation instruction:
Step 1: First, Stick the EVA into the mounting bracket. The EVA (85602) is installed in the front mounting brackets. The Rubber Mat (120652) is installed in the rear mounting brackets (3). The EVA (668422) & (668322) is installed in the rear mounting brackets (2). Both stick into the back of those brackets (Prevent damage to the vehicle body).
Step 2: Lift up the rear soft top. Remove the factory bolts. Install the rear mounting brackets (2) with the factory bolts into the your vehicle.
Step 3: Open side the soft top. To install rear mounting brackets (3). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Flat Washer (M820*1). Repeat the same installation method in the passenger side. Don’t tighten up those bolts.
Driver Side
Step 4: To install the rear mounting brackets (1) into the rear mounting brackets (2) & (3). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M616), Flat Washer (M6161) in the rear mounting brackets (2). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Flat Washer (M8201), Flange Lock Hex Nuts (M8) in the rear mounting brackets (3). Repeat the same installation method in the passenger side.
Upper: (2) M820 Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws
2) M8201 Flat Washer
2) M8 Flange Lock Hex Nuts
Bottom: (5) M616 Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws
(5) M6161 Flat Washer
Step 5: To assemble the rear faring & the side rail (2). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Flat Washer (M820*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).
Step 6: To install two long aluminum crossbars into the side rail (2). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M816), Flat Washer (M820*1).
Step 7: Assemble the rear part side rail have assembled in the step 6 & the rear mounting brackets (1) (in the step 4). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Flat Washer (M820*1), Flange Lock Hex Nuts (M8. Don’t tighten up those bolts. Repeat the same installation method in the passenger side.
Step 8: Remove the front factory covers (Above in the windshield). Install the front mounting brackets (Need to distinguish the driver and passenger side) with the Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6). Don’t tighten up the nuts.
Step 9: To install the short aluminum crossbar into the front faring. Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M610), Flat Washer (M612*1), Tee Sliding Slot Nuts (M6).
Step 10: To assemble the front faring & the side rail (1). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M820), Flat Washer (M820*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M8).
Step 11: To install three long aluminum crossbars into the side rail (1). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M816), Flat Washer (M820*1).
Step 12: Assemble the front part side rail have assembled in the step 5 & the front mounting brackets (in the step 2). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M616), Flat Washer (M612*1). Tighten up those bolts.
Step 13: To install the side rail connect brackets(1) & (2) to connect the side rail (Front + Rear). Use the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M616), Flat Washer (M612*1), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6). Tighten up all of bolts in the roof rack.
Step 14:
