Please read instructions before beginning installation. Check the kit hardware
against the kit contents shown below. Be sure you have all needed parts and
know where they go.

Check all fasteners for proper torque. Check to ensure for adequate clearance
between all components.
Periodically check all hardware for tightness.
NOTICH Airbags will not increase the maximum load capacity.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTONS

Chock the front wheels. Jack up the rear of the vehicle and place on jack stands. Remove rear tires.

Remove factory bump stop with a 17mm wrench. See Photo 1.

Bolt the upper air spring frame mount to the frame using with the supplied silver 10mm x 30mm button head bolts using a 5mm Allen wrench.
NOTE: The side with two bolt holes faces front of truck. See Photo 2.

Install upper air spring mount to air bag with supplied 3/8” x 3/4” black button head bolts and use 5mm Allen wrench to tighten. With thread tape, install supplied 90° air fitting using 9/16” wrench. See Photo 3 and Photo 4.

Lifted trucks go to Step 6. Stock trucks go to Step 8.

For Lifted Trucks Only: Install round spacer directly to bottom of a spring using 3/8” x 1” hex head bolt, 3/8” lock washer, and 3/8” flange nut. See Photo 5.

For Lifted Trucks Only: Install lower spring mount with supplied 3/8” x 3/4” flat head bolts using a 5mm Allen Wrench. See Photo 6.

Install lower air spring mount to air spring with supplied 3/8” x 3/4” flat head bolts using a 5mm Allen Wrench. See Photo 7.

Install air spring assembly between the axle and bump stop. NOTE: May need to compress air bag to fit. Use the supplied 3/8” x 1” carriage bolts and 3/8” flange nuts to secure the top of the air spring to the frame with a 9/16” wrench. See Photo 8 and Photo 9.
NOTE: Only lifted trucks will have the spacer shown in Photo 9. -
Install supplied 3/8” x 4” carriage bolt on the lower air spring mount. Use axle strap and supplied 3/8” flange nuts to secure lower air spring mount to axle. See Photo 10.

Repeat steps 2 – 10 for other side.

Remove the license plate screws. See Photo 11.

Install inflation valves in the stock license plate screw locations. See Photo 12.

Install the supplied 1/4” DOT air line in the inflation valve and 90° fitting. Be sure to avoid pinch points and kinks in the hose when routing the air line. See Photo 13 and Photo 14.
NOTE: Min/Max air pressure for airbags is 5 psi / 100 psi.
