INSTALLATION INSTRUCTONS

Remove the grille by removing the two screws on each side of the vehicle with a screwdriver or 10mm socket and two body clips on the top portion of the grille. See Photo 1.

Remove the three body clips securing the grille to the top of the bumper using a flat pry tool. See Photo 2.

Gently pull up on grille, releasing it from its current position. Locate the two remaining lock tabs at the bottom of the grille and push them in to release the grille. See Photo 3.

Use a 10mm socket to remove the six bolts securing the bumper to the truck. Four are on the bottom side of the bumper. See Photo 4. The remaining two bolts are accessed through the wheel well behind the wheel well liner.

Unclip the factory fog lights from the vehicle wiring harness and tuck the fog light harness away inside the vehicle with zip ties. See Photo 5.

Remove the final two bolts with a 10mm socket holding the lower bumper skin on the underside of the vehicle. See Photo 6.

Remove bumper skin

Use a 14mm socket to remove the (6) nuts from factory crash bar. Remove the crash bar. Retain Hardware for re-use. See Photo 7.

Reinstall grille in reverse order of disassembly.

Place the winch plate onto the frame of the vehicle, lining up the mounting holes with the factory frame studs. Use the (6) factory nuts and tighten with a 14mm wrench. See Photo 8

Install supplied (2) M12 x 120 bolts, (4) large diameter 12mm washers, (2) 12mm lock washers, and (2) 12mm nuts onto the lower winch mount. Tighten with an 18mm wrench. Driver side shown. See Photo 9 and Photo 10.

If installing a winch, do so now with the hardware supplied with the winch. Wire winch to preference.

Assemble the left and right bumper wings to the center piece using ten (10) M8 x 25 button head bolts, ten (10) 8mm lock washers, twenty (20) 8mm washers, and ten (10) 8mm nuts.
NOTE : Photo shows the left bumper wing. Tighten with a 13mm wrench and 5mm Allen wrench. See Photo 10. -
Install the bull nose hoop to the top of the assembled bumper with (6) M6 x 20 button head bolts, (12) 6mm wash-ers, (6) 6mm lock washers, and (6) 6mm nuts. Tighten with a 4mm Allen wrench and 10mm wrench. See Photo 11.

Install the light cubes in the bumper wings using the hardware supplied with the light cubes. These will be wired lat-er. Tighten with a 13mm wrench. See Photo 12.

Install the driver and passenger side mounting brackets using the supplied (8) M12 x 40 hex head bolts, (16) 12mm flat washers, (8)12mm lock washers, and the (8)12mm nuts. Hand tighten for now. NOTE: Driver side shown. See Photo 13.

Light Option Kits: Remove the light block off panel from the center section using a 10mm wrench. Install the 20” light bar using the provided hardware with the light kit. Depending on which style light you have, you may need to use the provided spacers and longer bolts from the light kit. See Photo 14.

With assistance, lift the bumper and align the slots of the bumper mounting brackets to the slots of the winch mount. Secure the bumper to the mount using (4) M12 x 40 hex head bolts, (8) 12mm Washers, (4) 12mm lock washers, and (4)12mm hex nuts. Adjust bumper to desired position and tighten the 12mm hardware with an 18mm wrench. See Photo 15.

Install supplied (5) clip nuts in locations shown. See Photo 16.

Install the skid plate using the supplied (5) M8 x 25 button head bolts, (5) 8mm lock washer, and (10) 8mm flat wash-er. Tighten with a 5mm Allen wrench. See Photo 17.

Wire the light bar and/or light cubes as desired.
