Product Usage Instructions

Installation and Safety:
Ensure installation and operation comply with national safety regulations. Only a qualified electrician should carry out installation and commissioning. The manufacturer is not liable for damage due to improper use or installation.

Overvoltage Protection:
The luminaire’s electronic components have overvoltage protection according to DIN EN 61547. For additional protection against transients, consider separate overvoltage protection components available on the manufacturer’s website.

Positioning the Glass:
Place the glass over the luminaire fitting so that the retaining spring fits into the recess in the raised edge of the glass. Press the glass against the retaining spring at a flat angle and push it into the fitting. Apply gentle pressure to fix it through the lobes on the opposite side.

Securing the Glass:
Screw the grub screw with gentle pressure against the retaining spring to securely hold the glass in place and make it resistant to vibration. To change the orientation of the glass, loosen the grub screw, adjust, and then tighten it again.

Opening and Maintenance:
To open the luminaire, unscrew the grub screw of the glass retaining spring. Press the luminaire glass against the spring pressure to release it. When replacing the LED unit, disconnect the system, open the luminaire, replace the LED unit with a compatible one, and ensure any damaged glass is replaced.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I replace the LED unit myself?

A: Yes, qualified persons can replace the LED unit using standard tools. Ensure to disconnect the system and follow proper procedures for replacement.

Q: How do I ensure the glass is securely fixed in place?
