Product Usage Instructions

• Step 1: Disconnect Wiring and Remove Existing Bumper
  Make sure all wiring is disconnected and remove the existing rear bumper along with the factory wire harness.

• Step 2: Connect the Bottom Connect Plate and Main Body
  Connect the bottom connect plate and main body using M820 screws and M820*1.5 flat washers.

• Step 3: Install Sensor Brackets and Wire Harness
  Lay the factory wire harness across the bumper, aligning the sensors with corresponding holes. Secure sensor brackets with Flat Head Socket Cap Screws (M4*12) using a 2.5mm Allen Wrench. Use cable ties to fix the wire harness in place.

• Step 4: Secure Bumper to Vehicle
  With assistance, lift the bumper to the vehicle and secure the bottom connect plate using M875 hex socket head cap screws and M825 flat washers.

• Step 5: Install Mounting Holes and Adjust Bumper
  Install side mounting holes with M1235 hex bolts and bottom mounting holes with M1025 button head socket cap bolt screws. Ensure wiring is not pinched between the bumper and the vehicle. Adjust the bumper as needed for leveling and secure all bolts.

• Step 6: Install a T-shaped Indexing Pin
  Install a T-shaped Indexing Pin on both carriers.

• Step 7: Install Tow Carriers and Bearings
  Place tapered roller bearings into the bearings, and tighten slotted hex castle nuts using a 34mm wrench. Finally, install bearing covers using M6*12 flat-head countersunk bolts.

Installation Instruction

• Step 1: Make sure all wiring is disconnected, remove your rear bumper, and take out the factory wire harness.
• Step 2: Next, connect the bottom connect plate and main body with M820 screws and M820*1.5 flat washers.
• Step 3: Lay the factory wire harness across the bumper lining up the sensor to the corresponding holes. running the wire harness through the bumper’s structure. Install the sensor brackets into your bumper with the Flat Head Socket Cap Screws (M4*12). Tighten up those bolts with the 2.5mm allen wrench. At last, you can use the cable ties to fix your factory wire harness.
• Step 4: With assistance, lift the bumper to the vehicle and secure the bottom connect plate using M875 hex socket head cap screws and M825 flat washers.
• Step 5: Next, install the side mounting holes using M1235 hex bolts. Install the bottom mounting holes using M1025 button head socket cap bolts screws and flat washers. Make sure the wiring between the bumper and the vehicle does not get pinched. Adjust the bumper up/down as needed to level it. When the bumper is adjusted to the desired position, finish securing all of the bolts.
• Step 6: Next, install the T-shaped Indexing Pin on both carriers.
• Step 7: Next, install the two tow carriers onto the already mounted rear bumper. Place the tapered roller bearing into the bearings first, then use a 34mm wrench to tighten the slotted hex castle nut into the bearings. Tighten the nuts, and finally, install the bearing cover using M6*12 flat-head countersunk bolts.
• Step 8: The carriers have been successfully installed.
• Step 9: Next, install the collision prevention accessories on the carriers. Screw in the five-round black rubber pads using M8*25 screws.
• Step 10: Next, place two of the round black rubber pads into the cushioning brackets.
• Step 11: Next, install one of the round black rubber pads into the driver-side carrier using the M8 nuts.
• Step 12: Next, place one round black rubber pad and one cushioning bracket into each of the two carriers. For installing a round black rubber pad, only the M8 nut is required, while for installing a cushioning bracket, both the M8161.5 washer and the M8 nut are needed.
• Step 13: Next, when installing the cushioning bracket, open and close the carrier to test the effect. Adjust it to the appropriate position before tightening the screws. You can also refer to the positions shown in the diagram when tightening the screws.
• Step 14: Next, install the adjustable latch u bolt self-lock toggle latch near the D-rings on both sides of the main bumper. Use M616 screws with M612*1 washers and nuts for installation.
• Step 15: If you find that the length of this adjustable latch u bolt self-lock toggle latch is not sufficient, you can adjust the length by manipulating the four screws shown in the diagram.
• Step 16: Next, install an adjustable latch u bolt self-lock toggle latch and accessory at the overlap of the two carriers. Use M616 screws with M612*1 washers and nuts for installation.
• Step 17: Next, above the installation position in step 14, install the hooks using M614 screws and M616*1.5 washers.
• Step 18: Next, install this oil drum bracket on the driver’s side carrier using M820 screws along with M820*1.5 washers and nuts.
• Step 19: Next, demonstrate how to secure the oil drum on the oil drum bracket. This requires the use of gray ratchet straps.
• Step 20: Next, install this spare tire mounting bracket on the passenger’s side carrier using M12*30 hex bolts along with washers and nuts.
• Step 21: Install the D-rings into the bumper.
