Product Usage Instructions

  • Step 1: Disconnect Wiring and Remove Existing Bumper
    Make sure all wiring is disconnected and remove the existing rear bumper along with the factory wire harness.

  • Step 2: Connect the Bottom Connect Plate and Main Body
    Connect the bottom connect plate and main body using M820 screws and M820*1.5 flat washers.

  • Step 3: Install Sensor Brackets and Wire Harness
    Lay the factory wire harness across the bumper, aligning the sensors with corresponding holes. Secure sensor brackets with Flat Head Socket Cap Screws (M4*12) using a 2.5mm Allen Wrench. Use cable ties to fix the wire harness in place.

  • Step 4: Secure Bumper to Vehicle
    With assistance, lift the bumper to the vehicle and secure the bottom connect plate using M875 hex socket head cap screws and M825 flat washers.

  • Step 5: Install Mounting Holes and Adjust Bumper
    Install side mounting holes with M1235 hex bolts and bottom mounting holes with M1025 button head socket cap bolt screws. Ensure wiring is not pinched between the bumper and the vehicle. Adjust the bumper as needed for leveling and secure all bolts.

  • Step 6: Install a T-shaped Indexing Pin
    Install a T-shaped Indexing Pin on both carriers.

  • Step 7: Install Tow Carriers and Bearings
    Place tapered roller bearings into the bearings, and tighten slotted hex castle nuts using a 34mm wrench. Finally, install bearing covers using M6*12 flat-head countersunk bolts.

Installation Instruction

  • Step 1: Make sure all wiring is disconnected, remove your rear bumper, and take out the factory wire harness.

  • Step 3: Lay the factory wire harness across the bumper lining up the sensor to the corresponding holes. running the wire harness through the bumper’s structure. Install the sensor brackets into your bumper with the Flat Head Socket Cap Screws (M4*12). Tighten up those bolts with the 2.5mm allen wrench. Place the tapered roller bearing into the bearings first, then use a 34mm wrench to tighten the slotted hex castle nut into the bearings.
