SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS
WHEN USING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE
OBSERVED. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE FIXTURE. RETAIN THESE
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. Litetronics fixtures must be wired by the
National Electrical Code and all applicable local codes. Risk of fire or
electric shock. Flood light installation requires knowledge of luminaire
electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation.
Contact a qualified electrician. Be certain electrical power is OFF before and
during installation and maintenance. Flood light must be connected to a wiring
system with an equipment–ground conductor.
Make sure the supply voltage is the same as the rated luminaire voltage. Only
the open holes indicated in the photographs and/or drawings may be made or
altered as a result of this kit installation. Do not leave any other open
holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components. To prevent wiring
damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to the edges of sheet metal or sharp
objects. Suitable for wet locations.
ATTENTION
- Please check if there is any damage during shipping. If so, please contact Litetronics customer service.
- Please read the installation instructions carefully to check whether all the accessories are included.
- After confirmation, install the fixture according to the installation steps.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
WIRING DIAGRAM
Warning
Min. 75 °C supply conductors. 60W, 100W and 150W models suitable for
operation in ambient not exceeding 50°C.
FUNCTION ADJUSTMENTS (60W, 100W, 150W MODELS)
- Open the metal plug and plastic plug counterclockwise with a screwdriver (Figure 3), then slide the switch up and down to adjust the power controller, CCT selector or photocell controller for your application. - After adjusting the required control function(figure 5), tighten the metal plug and the plastic plug clockwise. (Figure 6)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHORTING CAP)
- Turn off the power.
- Unless an optional Photocell device (ordered separately) is to be installed, a shorting cap should be installed on the back of the light. (Figure 7)
- Make sure the installation is complete and secure before turning on the power.
FUNCTION ADJUSTMENTS (255W, 330W MODELS)
- Open the metal plug and plastic plug counterclockwise with a screwdriver (figure 8), then slide the switch up and down to adjust the power controller, and CCT selector for your application. (Figure 9)
- After adjusting the required control function (Figure 10), tighten the metal plug and the plastic plug clockwise (Figure 11).
WIRING INSTALLATION
- Assure power is off during wiring connections, follow the wiring diagram in Figure 1 and Figure 2.
- Make sure the installation is completed and secure before turning on the power.
