Product Usage Instructions
- Before installation, always turn off the power supply from the main circuit breaker first!
- Open the fixture and remove the knockout.
- Remove the lock nut from the 3-wire elbow (SFSAS01 – Sold Separately) and add it to the extender.
- Attach the extender to the knockout and tighten it to the fixture.
- Follow the wiring diagram for connections (refer to Figure 1).
- Close the fixture.
- Turn on the power.

- To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or sharp objects.
WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
- Before installation, always turn off the power supply from the main circuit breaker first!
- Open the fixture, and remove the knockout.
- Remove lock nut from 3-wire elbow (SFSAS01 – Sold Separately) and add to the extender. Attach extender to knockout and tighten to the fixture.
- Follow the wiring diagram for connections (Figure 1).
- Close the fixture.
- Turn on the power.
