Tools required
- Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench;
- 4mm Hex Bit Socket;
- 10mm, 19mm, 21mm Shallow Socket;
- 2.5mm L-Key Wrench;
Installation time
About 1 hour, 2-3 people may be needed. Installation time may differ according
to your mechanical skill level. (PLEASE VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT AND READ
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION!) To view the electronic

Installation instruction
- Step 1: Remove the factory rear bumper, ready to install our bumper.
- Step 2: Lay the factory wire harness across the bumper lining up the sensor to the corresponding holes. running the wire harness through the bumper’s structure. Put the rubber stopper into the sensor.
- Step 3: Then fix the sensor into the bumper. Install the bracket of the sensor with the Button Head Socket Cap Bolts Screws (M4*16).
- Step 4: Install the D-ring mount into the driver side with the Hex Flange Bolts(M14401.5). Tighten up those bolts.
- Step 5 : Lift up the bumper into the vehicle frame. Install the bumper with the Hex Flange Bolts(M14401.5). Tighten up those bolts. (Can also be installed with factory bolts)
- Step 6 : After that put the connecting frame bracket into the rear frame gap, and than install the Hex Bolt (M12110), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M122*30), Hex Nut (M12).
- Step 7: Install the D-ring into the D-ring mount. Restore the factory wiring harness.
- Step 8 : The installation is complete. We hope you enjoy a wonderful off-road life with this quality Hooke Road product!
