Installation instruction
Driver Side Front Fender Flare Installation
- Step 1: Before installation, please remove the factory fender liners in preparation for installing our product.
- Step 2: Due to the inability to install nuts in the side screw holes, you need to manually insert a rivet using a hand riveting tool at the side mounting location.
- The rivet nut tool instruction: Place the nut or insert it into the hole, making sure it fits snugly. Position one end of the hand rivet tool onto the nut or insert, and use the tool’s handle to squeeze and compress it.
- This will create even pressure around the nut or insert, securing it firmly in place. Once finished, you can thread a bolt or screw into the nut or insert it to securely fasten objects together.
Required Tools: 10mm Shallow Socket & 10mm Wrench;
- Step 3: Next, it is recommended to begin by installing the side holes. Lift the fender flare to align it with the side holes, then secure it in place directly using M6*20 hex socket screws and nuts.
- No nuts are required for the holes where rivets have been used.
- Step 4: Installation of driver’s side front fender flare completed.
