Rubber Inserts
- Use the provided rubber inserts when connecting fuel lines to ensure a tight seal, absorb vibrations, provide flexibility, and protect against contaminants. Ensure that they are clean and free from any debris or contaminants that could affect their performance.
- Align the rubber insert with the component where it needs to be inserted. Make sure it is positioned correctly and evenly distributed around the circumference of the component.
- Apply gentle pressure and gradually push or slide the rubber insert into place. The rubber’s flexibility should allow it to conform to the shape of the component, creating a secure and tight fit.
- If necessary, use a lubricant (not included) compatible with the rubber insert material to aid in insertion. This can make the process smoother and easier.
- Once the rubber insert is in place, check to ensure that it is securely seated and provides the desired level of grip or stability. The insert should create a snug fit without being excessively tight or loose.
