Operation

Oil Cooler Line Remover

  1. Identify the oil cooler line that needs to be removed.
  2. Select the appropriate size of the oil cooler line remover tool.
  3. Slide the tool over the oil cooler line, ensuring a secure fit.

  2. Apply steady pressure while pulling the disconnect tool and the oil cooler line away from each other to separate them.
  3. Repeat the process for any other Ford oil cooler lines with the same connector type.

Rubber Inserts

  1. Use the provided rubber inserts when connecting fuel lines to ensure a tight seal, absorb vibrations, provide flexibility, and protect against contaminants. Ensure that they are clean and free from any debris or contaminants that could affect their performance.
  2. Align the rubber insert with the component where it needs to be inserted. Make sure it is positioned correctly and evenly distributed around the circumference of the component.
  3. Apply gentle pressure and gradually push or slide the rubber insert into place. The rubber’s flexibility should allow it to conform to the shape of the component, creating a secure and tight fit.
  4. If necessary, use a lubricant (not included) compatible with the rubber insert material to aid in insertion. This can make the process smoother and easier.
  5. Once the rubber insert is in place, check to ensure that it is securely seated and provides the desired level of grip or stability. The insert should create a snug fit without being excessively tight or loose.
