How to Start

Loading Paper Roll

1. Open the top cover
   Push the cover-opening buttons on both sides towards the paper outlet to open the top cover.

2. Load the paper roll
   Load the paper roll to the paper compartment again and pull some extra paper.
   Pay attention that the thermosensitive layer should face up.
   

3. Close the top cover
   Clase the top cover after loading paper. Please make sure both sides click into place.

  Please purchase and use iDPAT official thermal paper.
Thermal printer uses thermal imaging technology, and A4 thermal papar is required, which is not applicable to ordinary A4 paper.

Power On

1. Connect the power supply
   Plug the power cord into the power interface on the back of the printer.
   

2. Power On
   Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to start the printer.
   
     To tum off the printer, also hold down the power button for 3 seconds.

Tips:
All the drawings of product and accessories in the manual are for reference only.

Driver Installation

** Make sure your printer is ON, and the USB cable is connected to your computer.
Note:
Under different operating systems, the process of installation has slight differences. Please operate it according to the tips.
Step 1: Visit https://www.idprt.com/Driver/ or https://www.idprt.com/downloads/
Step 2: Find the driver that matches your device and system.
(ALL PRODUCTS—Future 800 → ALL TYPE—Driver → ALL SYSTEM)
Step 3 :** Download the driver and follow the prompts to install it.
  For Windows:

Printing

Printing from PC

1. Connect one side of the USB cable to the PC and the other side to the printer;
2. Turn on the printer;
3. Download the driver program from www.idprt.com and install it in the PC;
4. Add the printer to the PC and print the documents from PC after establishing the connection.

Printing Wirelessly from Mobile Phone

1. Download App
   Scan the QR code below to download “HerePrint” App.
   http://hereprint.hprt.com/app/hereprint

2. Connect to printer via Wi-Fi
   (1) Connect the mobile phone to Wi-Fi hotspot (select 2.4 GHz frequency band);
   (2) Open “HerePrint” App, click “+” in the top right corner of Home to add the device;
   (3) Select the searched printer in the list;
   (4) Enter the Wi-Fi password;
   (5) Wait for the printer to complete Wi-Fi connection.

3. Printing via LAN
   (1)  The printer is on and connected to the same Wi-Fi hotspot as mobile phone;
   (2)  In “HerePrint” App, select the file to print, enter “Preview” and confirm the parameters, then your mobile phone can send data to the printer via LAN.

4. Cloud Remote Printing
   (1)  The printer is on and the connected Wi-Fi hotspot can access the Internet;
   (2) Even when the printer is not around you, you can still choose the file to print via “HerePrint” App. After entering the print preview, send the data to the printer through remote printing.
