What’s Included

Safety Instructions

Tips: Charge the Bluetooth Receiver before first use. If Soundsync freezes, press and hold the multi-function button, insert the Micro USB cable to start charging, then restart Soundsync.

Using Your Soundsync

How to connect your Soundsync to two devices at the same time

  1. Press the multi-function button on Soundsync twice to enter Bluetooth pairing mode, then connect the first device to your Soundsync. Make sure the connection is successful before continuing.
  2. Press the multi-function button on Soundsync twice to re-enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
  3. Connect the second device to your Soundsync.
  4. Once the second device is connected to Soundsync, open the Bluetooth pairing list on the first device, look for “Soundsync A3352” then select it to connect.
  5. Restart Soundsync. Soundsync will automatically connect to the second device, but you must repeat step 4 to manually complete the connection with the first device.

Tips: Soundsync can only play music on one device at a time. Pause the music on the device that is currently playing before you play music on the other device.

Charge your Soundsync

FAQs

Why is there a delay when I play music?****

The Bluetooth receiver has a built-in buffer. The delay is caused by the buffer.

Why can’t I connect to my device?****

Please make sure that the device you are trying to connect to is in pairing mode and within 10 meters of the Bluetooth receiver.

Why can’t I hear any sound?****

Please check if the device is connected to the Bluetooth receiver. If it is, please check if the volume of your device is not turned down. If it is, please adjust it and then try again. If you still cannot hear anything, please restart your device and try again. If you still cannot hear anything, please restart your device and try again.

Why do I hear static noise?****

With the use of this gadget, a non-Bluetooth device can connect to and receive signals from Bluetooth devices. It’s already there if you have Bluetooth headphones. They have it too, assuming you are utilising a cellphone as a source. You do not require it. The signal from your phone, iPod, or other music source might be received if you had non-Bluetooth headphones that you could hook into this.

Is it possible to use this while the USB is charging?****

Yes. This gadget won’t let you forget it though. While the gadget is in use and charging, a tone can be heard every 5 to 10 seconds. As long as the receiver is connected to the charger, this tone will play ABOVE your music.

When you start the car, does it automatically switch on and link to your phone?****

When power is given over USB, it turns on immediately, but the auto-connection on my OnePlus 5 phone does not function.

3.5mm aux cable is how long?****

It includes an 18 or 24 in cable in addition to the 4 in jack shown in the picture. It is long enough for me to plug it into the 4Runner console and place it next to the gear change. Hope that was useful

Is it functional when charging?****

Yes, you can use mine in that manner. always having a USB connection in the car. There is no need to worry about paying for it.

Will a guitar amp work with this?****

It depends on what you’re attempting to accomplish. As long as your guitar amplifier has a line-in port, this gadget should function if you want to play music from a device like an iPhone or iPad through it.

This is what I want to use for some vintage headphones. There is no clip on this to fasten it to clothing. Is there a case or clip available?****
