Wearing Your Headset

The headset can be worn on either the right or left side by rotating the microphone boom over the headband to accommodate your preference.

How to Wear the Headset

Place the headset receiver to your ear(s), if using a single ear headset you should set the T-bar above the other ear. Adjust the headband until it is comfortable, ideally ensuring that there is virtually no pressure felt on the ear(s).

Mic Positioning

To avoid low or distorted sound, and to provide clear and crisp telephone calls, the microphone should be positioned within an inch or two (30-40mm) from the corner of your mouth. The microphone boom arm is flexible and will move in a variety of directions to ensure the best fit.

Clothing Clip Usage

Your new headset includes a clothing clip to ensure the cable does not get caught or inadvertently pulled. Follow these steps for proper usage:

  1. Fasten the clothing clip securely to your clothing at a suitable level.
  2. Ensure there is enough slack on the cable to allow free movement of your head without disturbing the headset position.
Ear Cushion Removal

To remove the ear cushion for cleaning or replacement, follow these steps:
