Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Device
Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged by connecting it to a power source using the provided charging cable. The LED indicator will show red while charging and turn green when fully charged.
Turning the Device On/Off
To turn on the device, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. To turn it off, repeat the same process. The device will emit a beep sound to indicate it’s powered on/off.
Using the Device
Once powered on, the device is ready for use. Press the action button to start the operation. Follow the user manual for specific instructions on different modes and settings.

- Q : How do I clean the device?

Get Started
Assembly
- Place the suction gooseneck on a flat surface with an orange knob positioned on the right.
- Turn the orange knob towards you, counterclockwise, to loosen.
- With the rubber ring on the phone holder/wireless charger’s ball joint facing up, push the ball joint down into the top of the gooseneck’s collar.
- Position the wireless charging mount at the desired angle and tighten the orange knob 4 to 6 turns to hold it securely in place. (Please be sure not to over-tighten the screw).
- Plug the included Micro-USB cable into the wireless charging mount’s Micro-USB port which is located on the underside of the mount.
- To manage the cable, remove the orange cord clip from the gooseneck and insert the cable into the small hole. Reattach the cord clip onto the gooseneck. Slide the clip up or down to your desired position to best manage the cord.
Mounting on the Dashboard
- Make sure to choose the flattest area on the dashboard that doesn’t obstruct your view of the road and your surroundings while driving.
- Clean the area with a clean cloth.
- Remove the clear film from the base of the suction cup.
- Mount the AWC8-1016 on your dashboard:
- Method 1 : Open the release latch on the front of the suction gooseneck’s base. Place mount on dashboard. Close the latch by pushing it back down, to secure the mount to the dashboard. This should make a strong connection.
- Method 2: If the dashboard is too curved, or if the vinyl surface is patterned the mount may not secure to the dashboard, use the included suction disc. If the mount cannot be securely held on the dashboard peel the protective film off the adhesive side of the disc. Stick the disc, and adhesive side down on the dashboard.
- Note that this disc permanently sticks to your dashboard. Follow the steps in Method 1 to secure the AWC8-1016 on the suction disc. This should make a strong connection.
- To adjust the viewing angle, adjust the positioning the of the phone mount as needed by loosening the orange knob, rotating the ball joint to the best angle, and retightening the knob.
- To power the wireless charger, plug the USB-A end of the USB power cable into a USB-A power port such as the vehicle’s USB power output port, or USB vehicle power adapter. (Requires power to charge)
- To use the included cord management clip, peel the protective coating from the back and adhere to the desired position. Feed cord through it.
- To remove the mount from the dashboard, open the release latch on the front of the suction mount base by pulling it upward. Then pull up on the suction cup’s tab.
Mounting on the Windshield
- Make sure to choose an area on the dashboard that doesn’t obstruct your view of the road and vour surroundings while driving. Clean the windshield area with a clean cloth.
- Remove the clear film from the base of the suction cup.
- Open the release latch on the front of the suction gooseneck’s base by pulling it upward… Place mount on the windshield at your desired location and close the latch. This should make a strong connection.

Mounting & Charging Your Phone

Press the oval button on the back on the back of your charger to release the arms. Fully expanded it will fit phones up to 3.6 inches wide in cases. Pull down on the foot to fully extend.

Place the phone on the foot and adjust its position to center your phone at the center of the charger where the wireless icon is located. Adjust the foot if necessary. Manually close your arms to securely hold the phone in place.

Connect the power cable from the phone holder’s USB-A port to a PD (or QC) power supply adapter. (NOT INCLUDED)

The phone will begin charging immediately if the mount is connected to USB power and the phone is aligned properly with the wireless charger. (The charging icon will be displayed on your phone screen when it is being charged)
Note:- Wireless charging will only work with Qi wireless charging compatible devices.
- The wireless charger works with most phone cases.

However, very thick phone cases can obstruct wireless charging. For effective charging, it may be necessary to reposition the phone or remove the case.
CAUTION
- To prevent damage to the phone or the charger: complete to asse cases cita ging magnet/metal during placing metal objects on the charger Qi wireless chargeable phones with metallic-looking finishes will charge normally.

- Wireless chargers generate heat when charging, and the charger may temporarily stop charging if it gets too hot.
- Do not dissemble, modity, or try to use for a non-intended purpose, and do not use if damaged or modified. Never insert objects other than the specified cables into the product
- Do not place magnetic strip cards or similar magnetically sensitive item between the phone and the charger. Wireless charging uses magnetic induction which could damage these items.
- Multiple Qi devices cannot be charged at the same time.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the USB power source if not in use or once the phone is fully charged.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the unit.
