Begin by removing any dirt/obstructions that may interfere with the installation of the rock slider. Make sure all of the mounting holes and surfaces are clear.PRO-ARMOR-Polaris-RZR-XP1000-2015-900S-Rock-Sliders-

Assemble the supplied expansion anchors [ITEM 1] with the rock slider as shown above. Insert the bolt, washer, and sleeve into the mounting hole first. The flat surfaces of the sleeve of the expansion anchor should fit into the groove in the mounting hole of the rock slider. Then, thread the nut on the back side, against the fingers of the sleeve. The flat sur- faces of the nut should fit into the groove in the sleeve and create a snug fit.B

Place the rock slider with the expansion anchors onto the vehicle. Make sure the sleeves of the expansion anchors are still seated properly in the grooves in the mounting holes of the rock slider before you proceed to tighten the anchors. Apply constant inward pressure on anchors as you tighten. It may be helpful for another person to hold the rock slider in place while you go around and evenly torque down the three anchors. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN as you may shear the bolt in the expansion anchor
