Get Started
Caution : To prevent damage to the phone or the charger:
- Remove metal cases, or cases with any magnet/metal components, from the phone before charging.
- Do not place metal objects on the charger during charging.
- Qi wireless chargeable phones with metallic looking finishes will charge normally.
Note : Very thick phone cases can obstruct wireless charging.
For effective charging, it may be necessary to reposition the phone or remove the case.
Using your Wireless Charging Pad
- Locate a secure area where you intend to place the wireless charger and clean the area free of dust
- Plug the USB power cord into the 5V USB adapter Requires 5V/3A, 9V/2A QC power adapter for optimal charging
- Place your Qi-enabled smartphone in the center of the wireless charger to begin charging
- Consider turning off your phone vibrating notifications during charging, as vibrations may cause your phone to shift position on the charger and stop charging
- Disconnect the USB cable once the product is fully charged

against defects in manufacturing under regular consumer use with original
receipt of retail purchase.
We believe in our products and want to provide you with a replacement if
needed, but we have to know about the problem while the product is still under
warranty. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us
about receiving a replacement. In order to use the product’s warranty the
customer must provide proof of the retailer’s receipt.
“Any customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for shipping and
handling charges if a replacement is required that is not due to a
manufacturing defect. If there is not a manufacturing defect, shipping and
handling will be applied.

- Wireless chargers generate heat when charging, and the wireless charger may temporarily stop charging if it gets too hot.

- Do not dissemble. There are no serviceable parts inside.
- Do not place magnetic strip cards or similar magnetically sensitive items between the phone and the charger.
- Wireless charging uses magnetic induction which could damage these items.
- Multiple Qi devices cannot be charged at the same time.
- Your phone will not charge wirelessly if it is connected to a computer’s USB port, a USB power adapter or other USB charging source.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean the unit.
- If you have a pacemaker or other such device, consult a physician before using this product.
