Tools required:

a. Drive Socket Ratchet Wrench；
b. 4mm Hex Bit Socket;
c. 8mm & 10mm Wrench;

Installation time:

About 2 hours, 1-2 people may be needed. Installation Time May Differ According to your mechanical skill level.

Installation instruction:

Front Uninstall:
Step 1: Use a 10mm socket to remove the bolts along the topan atthefront of the inner fender. Use a trim clip tool to remove the clips on interior of the inner fender. Use a trim clip tool to remove the clips running along the outside lip, securing the inner fender to the vehicle. Remove Inner Fender By Pulling down, then out. Note: Pictured are uninstall and installation of the passenger side fender.

Step 2: Unplug the turn signal indicator by pulling the redreleasetaboutandpulling.

Step 3: Use a 10mm socket to remove the bolt securingthefendertothevehicle. Then, remove the fender by pulling away from vehicle toreleasethe clips. Be sure to pull “straight” away from the vehicle avoid breaking clips. Clips will not be re-used, breaking one or two is normal and nothing worry about.

Step 4: Use a trim clip tool to remove the factory clips along defender.
Repeat process for the other side.

Passenger Side Installation:
Step 5: To install the decorative plate into the front inner fender liners(A2).Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M4*8), nylon insert lock nut (M4)

Step 6: To assemble the front inner fender liners (A2, B2, C3). Use The Button Head socket cap bolts screws (M6*10), flange hex lock nuts (M6).

Step 7: To install the mounting brackets (1). Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M625), flat washer (M616*1.5). Don’t tighten up those bolts.

Step 8: To install the mounting bracket (2). Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M616), flat washer (M616*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6).
The nut needs to be inserted from underneath. Don’t tighten up those bolts.

Step 9:Firstly, to install the upper two holes. you needa helper to lift up when you screw those bolts. Use the button head socket cap bolts screws(M625), flat washer (M616*1.5), Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6). Don’t Tighten Up those bolts.

Step 10: To install the right hole. Push it inside before you screwbolt. Align the hole and screw the bolt. Use the button head socket cap bolts screws(M625), flat washer (M616*1.5). Don’t tighten up bolt.

Step 11:To install the left hole. The nut needs to be inserted from underneath.Use the button head socket cap bolts screws (M625), flat washer (M616*1.5),Flange Hex Lock Nuts (M6).

Step 12: Tighten up those bolts together. Repeat the same installation the driver side.
Step 13:
