Product Usage Instructions

Pads Installation
Apply the provided pads (E) to the bottom of the base to prevent desk scratches.

Base Installation

1. Option A: Clamp Installation
2. Remove the plastic sleeve (C1) and plastic cover (C2) from the base (C3).
3. Position the clamp (D) at the bottom of the base (C3) and tighten the bolts (K) using the 5mm Allen Key (I).
4. Adjust the clamp thickness clearance to fit your desk.
5. Tighten the clamp (D) to secure the stand to the desktop.
6. Fix the plastic sleeve (C1) and plastic cover (C2) to the base (C3).
7. Option B: Grommet Base Installation
8. If your desk has an existing grommet hole with a plastic protector, remove it to ensure a flat surface.
9. Detach the bracket (D1) from the clamp (D).
10. Remove the plastic sleeve (C1) and plastic cover (C2) from the base (C3).
11. Insert the carriage bolt (G) through the base (C3).
12. Place the bracket (D1) on top of the carriage bolt (G) and secure it by tightening the wingnut (F).
13. Fix the plastic sleeve (C1) and plastic cover (C2) to the base (C3).

• Layout all components and hardware. Check all parts are included and undamaged.

CAUTION AND MAINTENANCE

• Never allow children to climb, stand, hang, or play on any part of the monitor or stand.
• This product is intended for indoor use only. Using this product outdoors could lead to product failure andpersonal injury.
• Check that the bracket is secure and safe to use at regular intervals (at least every three months).

PACKAGE CONTENTS

ASSEMBLY STEPS

STEP 1: Pads Installation
Apply pads (E) to the base bottom to avoid desk scratches.

STEP 2: Base Installation

OPTION A: Clamp Installation

• Remove the plastic sleeve (C1) and plastic cover (C2) from the Base (C3).
• Mount Clamp (D) to the bottom of Base (C3) by tightening bolts (K) with 5mm Allen Key (I).
• Adjust the Clamp thickness clearance to your desk.
• Secure the stand to the desktop by tightening the clamp (D). Fix the plastic sleeve (C1) and plastic cover (C2) to Base (C3).
• OPTION B: Grommet Base Installation
  • If the existing grommet hole comes with a plastic protector, remove it to ensure an  at surface before installing the desk mount.
  • Firstly detach Bracket (D1) from Clamp (D).
  • Then remove the plastic sleeve (C1) and plastic cover (C2) from Base (C3). Run Carriage Bolt(G) through Base (C).
  • By tightening Wingnut (F) after making Bracket (D1) through Carriage Bolt (G) and stacked above Wingnut (F), Base (C3) would be xed to your desk securely. Install the plastic sleeve (C1) and plastic cover (C2) to Base (C3) finally

STEP 3: Arm Installation
Install the lower arm (B) to the base (C). Attach the upper arm (A) with a plastic sleeve (L) to the lower arm.
Secure the arm by tightening the inside screw using 3mm Allen key (H ). STEP 4: Monitor Installation
If provided M-A/M-B screws do not your monitor, please contact us to get suitable screws

OPTION A: F lat Back Monitor

• Firstly choose suitable screws (M-A) according to the hole size of your monitor back; then assemble two of them with 3-5mm space left.
• Next, hang your monitor onto the VESA plate of the Upper Arm (A).
• Finally, monish the attachment by using a 6mm Allen Key (J) to tighten all chosen screws (M-A).

OPTION B: Recessed / Curved Back Monitor

• Firstly choose suitable screws (M-B) according to the hole size of your monitor back; then assemble two of them and
• Spacers (M-C) with 3-5mm space left.
• Next, hang your monitor onto the VESA plate of the Upper Arm (A).
• Finally, finish the attachment by using a 6mm Allen Key (J) to tighten all chosen screws (M-B) along Spacers (M-C).
• Please make sure you don’t tighten the screws excessively or it may cause your monitor damage.

STEP 5: Tilt Adjustment

Problem: Monitor tilts down.

Solution:

1. Loosen the tilting bolt.
2. Hold the bottom of the monitor with one hand and adjust it to determine your desired tilt angle.
3. Retighten the tilting bolt to the intended angle.

STEP 6: Tension Adjustment
The gas spring is pre-set for a load-bearing range of 8.8 lbs -13.2 lbs. For the intended functioning of the mount, you will need to adjust the tension of the Upper Arm (A) under your monitor weight by 6mm Allen Key (J).

Note:

• Be sure to keep the arm in a horizontal position during adjustment.
• Or else it would be difficult to adjust the mount or damage the mount.

Situation 1: Arm falls down
The Upper Arm with the monitor falls and fails to stay where intended.

Solution:
Turn the inside screw counterclockwise (“+” direction) to increase gas spring tension until the arm can stay as intended.

Situation 2: Arm rises up or can’t press down
The Upper Arm with the monitor rises and fails to stay where intended.

Solution:
Turn the inside screw clockwise (“-” direction) to decrease gas spring tension until the arm can stay as intended.

STEP 7: Cable Management

Adjust as Desired

Adjust monitor position and rotation.
