Product Usage Instructions

• This product is designed for use in wood joist or solid concrete walls. Do not install into drywall alone.
• The wall must be capable of supporting five times the weight of the TV and mount combined.
• Incorrect installation may result in product damage, property damage, or bodily injury.
• Ensure that all parts are included and undamaged before starting the assembly. Do not use damaged parts.
• Keep small parts away from children as they can be a choking hazard if swallowed.

Installation Steps:

1. Verify that your wall construction is suitable for this product.
2. Gather all the supplied parts and hardware mentioned above.
3. Identify the upper and lower poles (A and B).
4. Attach the wall brackets to the wall plate using the supplied screws and washers.
5. Securely mount the wall plate to the wall using appropriate screws and anchors based on your wall type.
6. Attach the upper pole to the TV plate using the supplied screws and washers.
7. Attach the lower pole to the middle pole using the supplied screws and washers.
8. Insert the upper pole into the wall brackets and secure it with the locknuts.
9. Insert the lower pole into the upper pole and secure it with the locknuts.
10. Adjust the angle and position of the TV as desired.
11. Ensure that all connections are tightened and secure.

Verify Your Wall Construction

CAUTION:
Avoid potential personal injuries and property damage! Drywall covering the wall must not exceed 5/8 in. (16 mm). Minimum wood stud size: nominal 2 x 4 in. (51 x 102 mm) actual 1 ½ x 3 ½ in. (38 x 89 mm).

CAUTION :
Avoid potential personal injuries and property damage! Mount the wall plate assembly directly onto the concrete surface (no surface covering).

Extra Tools You Need (Not Supplied)

Attach Brackets to TV

1. Select TV Screws

2. Need Spacer?
   Yes, choose the appropriate screws, washers,and spacers for your TV.
   No, just choose the screws, washers.

3. Do not tighten the screws excessively or tighten them by using the Electrodrill, or your TV might be damaged.

Assemble the Mount

1. Adjust the installation direction of the upper pole and the wall plate.
2. Separate the lower pole (05) from the middle pole (04).
3. Attach the TV plate (01) to the bottom of the lower pole (05).
4. Insert the cables through the holes of all poles (03, 04, 05). Connecting all poles by using bolts (D) and nuts (E), tighten them with allen key (F1) and open-end wrench (F2).

Attach Wall Plate to Wall

OPTION A:
Wood Joist Installation

• Locate your studs. Verify and mark the center of the stud by finding the stud edges using awl and stud finder.
• Line up the holes with your stud center line. Level the mounting template and mark the pilot hole locations.
• Drill pilot holes using a Ф7/32 in (Ф5.5mm) diameter drill bit. IMPORTANT:
• Do not drill holes into where water pipes or electrical wires are located. Be sure to drill into the center of the stud.
• Install wall plate unit using lag bolts and Washers with Socket Wrench, NO Electrodrill. No anchors when installed onto the wood studs.

CAUTION:
To avoid potential personal injury or property damage: All 4 lag bolts MUST BE firmly tightened to prevent unwanted movement of the wall plate assembly. Ensure the wall plate assembly is securely fastened to the wall before continuing on to the next step.

OPTION B:
Solid Concrete Wall Installation

• Level the mounting template and mark the pilot hole locations.
• Drill pilot holes using a Ф15/32 in (Ф12mm) diameter drill bit.

IMPORTANT:
Do not drill holes into where water pipes or electrical wires are located, or mortar between blocks. Use the hammer to knock anchor bolts into the concrete wall. Install wall plate unit using anchor bolts A with Socket Wrench, NO Electrodrill.

To avoid potential personal injury or property damage:
All 4 anchor bolts MUST BE firmly tightened to prevent unwanted movement of the wall plate assembly. Ensure the wall plate assembly is securely fastened to the wall before continuing on to the next step.

Hang and Secure TV to Wall Plate

• Before hanging TV, please conduct “wall plate installation integrity test” first.
• Hang and secure TV assembly onto the wall plate.

Adjustments

1. Loosen the adjusting bolts or nuts.
2. Adjust TV to your desired angle.
3. Retighten the adjusting bolts or nuts to fix the intended angle.
