CABINETS ARE TYPICALLY CUSTOM MADE FOR GALLEY DIMENSIONS. FOR EXISTING CABINETS, TRIM INTERIOR BULKHEADS APPROX. 11 (280 mm) TO CLEAR SINK DEPTH.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation:
To install the product, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the minimum cabinet size is 66 inches or 165cm.
2. Create a countertop cutout with dimensions 62 1/2 x 18 inches.
3. Make sure there is a minimum clearance of 2 inches below the countertop for the DryDock.
4. Place the DryDock on the drain side (S) of the sink.

Product Customization:
The product can be customized in the following ways:

• Add additional length (7-12 inches or 1-6 inches).
• Add an 18-inch or 12-inch DryDock.
• Add an apron front.
• Change the depth to 9 inches.
• Choose a center drain or a ThinTopTM WorkTopTM.

Maintenance:
To maintain the product, follow these guidelines:

• Use stainless steel cleaner and polish (CIT-09-SS-C) to clean and polish the sink.
• Use wood conditioner and protectant (CIT-09-WD-C) to maintain the wood components.
• Apply wood finishing balm (CIT-04-WD-B) for additional protection and shine.

• No, the Galley Tap is not included. It is recommended to purchase one separately.
