Bluetooth Connection

Step 1: Download the Here Label App on your mobile device.

Scan the code to download the Here Label application

Step 2: Launch the application and click the upper right-hand corner to search for your printer.
BT Name: SP320_****

(*means the last four digits of the MAC address)

Note: Make sure your printer is turned on.

Get started with printing by using either the App or your PC.

Printer Connection

Step 1:
Make sure the printer’s power switch is in the “OFF” position

Step 2:
Connect the power cord to the printer

Step 3:
Connect the other end of the power cord to the power outlet

Step 4:
Connect the printer to the computer with the USB cable and switch the power button to the “ON position The blue light will light up

Driver Installation

Make sure your printer is ON, and the USB cable is connected to your computer

Warning:
Under different operating systems, the process of installation has slight differences. Please operate it according to the tips.

Step 2: Find the driver that matches your device and system.

Step 3: Download the driver and follow the prompts to install it.

Paper Roll Loading

Step 1:
Push the cover open switches on the both sides with both hands to lift the top cover upward

Note: After opening the cover, please push back a bit, after hearing the click sound, the top cover can be fixed

Step 2:
Take out the label holder.

Step 3:
Assemble the label roll to the label holder with the appropriate size as shown in the above figure.

Step 4:
Assemble the label holder to the printer
