OPERATION
Panel introduction
- Press the button to turn on/off the device
- Press the button to turn on/off the sensor function(foot pedal, fiber optical sensor)
- Press the button to start filling, press the button again to stop filling
- Press the button to fill once
- Filling speed: press DOWN and UP button to adjust output speed
- Adjustable range: 00-99
- 00 is the minimum speed, the smaller the number, the slower the speed
- 99 is the maximum speed, the higher the number, the faster the speed
Filling time : set pump running time; unit: second; setting range: 00.0-99.9 000-999
- Press the SET button to enter the filling time setting, conveyor belt delay time setting, and interval induction time setting (anti-touch time setting) in sequence.
- Press MOVE to move the cursor one bit to the right, adjustable range: 00.0-99.9
- Press the ADD&UNIT button to increase the number, 0-9 cycle
- In non-set mode, press the ADD&UNIT button to switch the decimal point, for example, 99.9 999
More programs
Bottle counting function:
- A : (Machine will run) Press INCHING button, the number of filling times will be displayed on the screen.
- B : (Machine won’t run, recommended for belt commissioning) Press MOVE button, and then press INCHING button, the number of filling times will be displayed on the screen. Press INCHING, and then press MOVE twice to exit.
Clear counting number:
Press INCHING, and then press START
Pump working mode:
- A : Press MOVE, pump will be turned off, so for easier commissioning of conveyor belt.
- B : Press MOVE again to switch to “end deceleration mode, that is, filling machine will automatically lower filling speed when it is approaching the end of filling.
- C : Press MOVE again to switch to normal mode, that is, filling speed won’t change while filling one bottle
TROUBLE SHOOT
Hot to open the filling machine:
- Use the hex wrench in the package to unscrew these screws
- Check the inner wires

Machine cannot pump water

Sound of pump can be heard.

Pump is not broken, it cannot pump water
because it is dry inside.
| Remove the mesh filter and use a syringe to manually add liquid into inlet nozzle. Start machine to check whether it can work, if not, please repeat
this step.
Sound of pump CANNOT be heard.

1. lnner connection of pump and control board is disconnected
2. Pump is broken
|
1. Open the filling machine to connect the wire.
2. Replace the pump.
Whatever speed I set, the actual speed is the same

1.Try to tilt thebottle slightly. 2.Connect another short section of tube under the filling nozzle and bend it a little bit.
Maintenance:
- Leave some clean water inside the tube and pump to prolong the service life of pump.
- Use filler machine to fill clean water or mild detergent for several times to clean it after use. (Strong oxidant, strong acid or strong alkali are not recommended, or the pump will be destroyed)
