Moonshan 4 Head Mini Automatic Liquid Filling Line

Installation
NOTE: Before the final bottle adjustment, don’t tighten the screws, just
make sure the screws won’t fall off, as the installation and debugging process
requires constantly loosening the screws for position adjustment.

Machine Line
Install the filling head bracket

Put 4 slide nuts into the filling nozzle sliding rod (square tube) .

Use a hexagon wrench to connect the T-clip and stainless steel supporting rod. Prepare 2 of them.

Use M5X6 screws to fix 2 of the T-clips onto the sliding rod (square tube).

Put on the infrared probe clips.

Use 4 T screws and 4 M5X10 screws to fix 2 T-clips onto the back side of the belt conveyor

lnsert the filling head bracket
Install the filling heads -
Place 4 slide nuts into filling nozzle sliding rod (square tube)

Place gasket on M5X6 screw, and prepare 4 of them.7.

Fix filling heads onto the filling nozzle sliding rod.
Install the conveyor belt -
Install the front bottle guard rail.
Put 1 slide nut into the bottle guardrail for installing the auxiliary positioning rod (square tube) -
Use a screwdriver to screw it.

Screw a wing nut into the long screw, and screw the long screw into the acrylic, and screw a nut from the tip of the long screw.

Place a slide nut onto the bottle guardrail, and then screw the long screw.

Fix the nut.

Tighten the wing nut. Install another long screw on another end of the front bottle guardrail. Install the back bottle guardrail.

Use M4 screws to fix the acrylic foot with the bottle collector.

Unscrew the screws on the belt conveyor.
-
Use this screw to connect the bottle collector.

Unscrew the threaded connector on the infrared probe.
-
Pass it through the infrared probe clip, and tighten the thread connector. Install both.

Place 2 slide nuts onto the back bottle guardrail.
-
I place the mechanical arm and lower the mechanical arm.
-
Place a bottle with the mouth aligned with the filling head, and the bottle body is just blocked by the mechanical arm. Use an M5X6 screw to fix the mechanical arm at this position.
Connect the conveyor belt and filling machine 4 long tubes are inlet tubes and 4 short tubes are outlet tubes. -
Install the inlet tubes(long tubes) onto the pump. Attach mesh strainers to them.**Pay attention to the water flow direction marked on the pump, and do not wrongly install!

Cut an outlet tube(short tube) from the middle.

Connect the tubes with a check valve. Prepare 4 of them.
Install the outlet tube. -

Connect the filling head in the order corresponding to the pump. Refer to the previous diagram.

Take out the power cord of the motor under the conveyor and connect it to the corresponding port on the filling machine.

Connect the infrared probes and mechanical arm in order.

Power on with a 110Volt voltage supply.
Finished, next you can debug.

Machine Line_
Turn on the machine, and prepare at least 4 of your bottles, and the product
you’re going to fill.
Check the installation
- The leftmost end of the auxiliary positioning rod is aligned with the mechanical arm.
- Place a bottle on the belt, and the bottle guardrails won’t jam the bottle.
- Push 4 of your bottles against the mechanical arm until the mechanical arm stops them. At this time, each filling nozzle should be aligned with each bottle’s opening. If not, please adjust the filling nozzles. Infrared probe 2 should be aligned with the leftmost bottle’s opening on the same horizontal line while infrared probe 1 should be aligned with the rightmost bottle’s opening on the same horizontal line. When they’re aligned correctly, the red indicator at the back of the infrared probe will be on. Indicators will go off after you remove these bottles.
If infrared probes are not aligned correctly, please adjust the nozzle support and infrared probe clip.
Panel Introduction
Set the filling volume
On the home page, press [SET] , enter values, and press [SET]. Or: Press [SET]
, press [START], press [START] again when the filling volume reaches the
amount you need, and finally press [SET], which can automatically extract the
filling time.

if the current capacity (or weight)unit, is set the filling time will be automatically converted into equal proportion, with no need to re-modify the time.

Menu options: Press [MENU] to enter the menu selection page, then press[MENU] to move the cursor, select the options and then press [ENTER] to enter. Options are: Error setting, Flow velocity, unit switch, and other settings.

In the ”Error setting” option, the user should adjust the error of each pump relative to pump A. If it is less than pump A, add the less amount, and if it is more than pump A, subtract the more amount. Press [MENU] to move the cursor, press [SET] to switch between ”+” and ”-”, and [0-9] to enter values. Press ”ENTER” to save and exit

In the ”Flow velocity” option, press [MENU] to move the cursor, and [0-9] to enter values in the range of 1-100.
- Percent” refers to when the speed reduction starts. For example, ”Percent = 80o/o” means that the flow rate automatically changes to the end flow rate at 80°/o of the set filling volume. Setting it to 100 means filling at the initial speed until the end, with no speed change
- Conveyor V” 10-100 adjustable, adjusted to O can enter the ”No conveyor belt mode”.

ln the ”Unit switch” option, press [MENU] to move the cursor, select the unit you want, enter the corresponding value, select it and then press [ENTER].

On this page, the system will automatically calculate the volume (or weight) and time ratio, in the home page will be quickly set and automatically converted without re-entering the time.

In the ”Other settings” option, press [MENU] to move the cursor, and [0-9] to enter a value

Diameter: the outside diameter of your bottle’s opening, press [0-9] to enter the value, unit: mm.

Filling heads: enter values from [0-9] , range: 1-4.

Control type: Press [ENTER] , press [MENU] to select, and press [ENTER] to save and exit.

Maximum number of bottles: press [0-9] to enter the value, and the machine will automatically stop filling this number of bottles.

Language selection: press [ENTER], you can choose ”q:l)t CHN” and ”English ENG”.

Factory Reset: Press [ENTER], and press [ 1 ] to resume factory settings.
0peration
- Measure out the diameter of your bottle’s opening, and set it on the machine. Refer to 2. Panel Introduction, vi, G) Diameter
- Put inlet tubes into your product container.
- Empty the tube: place 4 bottles under 4 filling heads, and press [SET], press [START], and the machine will start drawing liquid. When all 4 filling heads have liquid be dispensed, and there is no bubble inside the tube, press [START] again to stop filling, and press [SET] to exit.
- Calibration: Place 4 empty bottles under filling heads, press [SET], and then press [START], when the desired amount is approximately reached, press [START] again to stop filling. Press [SET] to exit. Use a measuring cup(unit, ml) to measure out the amount in the bottle under filling head A.
- Press [MENU], and enter the ”Unit switch” option, adjust the value of ml to the amount measured out by you. For example, ml: 220 ml. Press [ENTER] to save and exit. Refer to 2. Panel Introduction, v
- Press [SET], and enter the amount you’d like to fill for each bottle, press [SET] again to save and exit. At this time, the time displayed on the screen has been automatically calculated by the machine.
- Test the sensor: Before testing, it is recommended to set the flow speed at O to prevent waste. Refer to 2. Panel Introduction, iv.
- Press [START], the mechanical arm lower down, and then place 4 bottles on the conveyor in order, check whether the machine started filling, and check whether filling is carried out in the correct position. Repeat this operation. If everything is correct, then we can start the real filling process.
- Adjust the flow speed to 100. Press [START], and get 4 bottles, don’t mistake the serial number of the bottle because subsequent error adjustments are required. Press [START] again to stop filling.
- Error adjustment: Measure out the amount in each bottle. If bottle B has 5 ml more than bottle A, then minus 5 ml in the line B. On the contrary, if bottle B has 10 ml less than bottle A, then plus 10 ml in the line B. Press [MENU] to switch value option, and press [SET] to switch between ”+” and ”-”. Press [ENTER] to save and exit.
- Try to proceed with the filling process again to check whether the error adjustment is finished.
- Now, the machine can be put into production normally.
Other Settings
- Clear bottle counter: In the main interface, press the number ”O” to zero.
- For bottles easy to have bubbles at the end of filling: set ”The End V” to a smaller value
- Set the number of machine automatic shutdowns: enter the ”Other setting” option, and click the [MENU] key until choose the option ”Maximum”, set the number of bottles you’d like to fill, and the machine will automatically shut after the number is reached.
- 0L(Open loop): the bottles need to be placed next to each other. CL(Closed loop): no need to place bottles next to each other.
