Introduction.
Desktop automatic filling production îne is our newest self-developed
automatic hilling equipment. It is designed to provide more people with
convenient and sammitive automation equipment, and is especially suitable for
factory or that need to perform batch work every day

About Diaphragm Pump
If there is water comes out after remove these two black rubber caps, it is
the clean water we left in the pump to maintain the pump. Because diaphragm
pump may cannot draw water if it is dry in pump, and some new machines will
encounter this kind of issue. If this issue happens, please manually add water
into diaphragm pump, we put a syringe into the package too:
1.Use the syringe to add liquid into the inlet nozzle.
2.Start machine to check whether filler machine can work, if not, please
repeat the second step.
During daily using, it is also recommended to leave some clean water in pump
to maintain it.
After a long period of non-use of the machine, you may also encounter this
situation, it is recommended to save the syringe.

Press the button to turn on/off the device
Press the button to turn on/off the sensor function(foot pedal, fiber optical
sensor)
Press and hold the button to keep filling
Press the button to fill once Control Panel
Filling speed: press DOWN and UP button to adjust output speed @ Adjustable
range: 00-9
00 is the minimum speed, the smaller the number, the slower the speed 99 is the maximum speed, the higher the number, the faster the speed
Filling time: set pump running time
Press the SET button to enter setting mode of filling time
Press the ADD&UNIT button to increase the number, the number increases, 0-9
cycles
Press MOVE to shift the decimal point one digit to the right, adjustable
range: 00.0-99.9

Troubleshooting

Maintenance and Cleaning Advice
- Leave some clean water inside the tube and pump to prolong the service life of pump.
- Use filler machine to fill clean water or mild detergent for several times to clean it after use. (Strong oxidant, strong acid or strong alkali are not recommended, or the pump will be destroyed)

Installation

Install the two six-sided short copper rods conveyor belt.

Install four T type black buckle.

Install the show bars and two guardrail rods.

Take off the T type black buckle on your filler machine to install it aside the conveyor belt.

Install the supporting rod filling nozzle

Install the fiber optical sensor. The tip of sensor should be exposed from the silicone glove
-
Install the filling nozzle.
NOTE: the arrow on it is the direction of water flow, DO NOT reversely install it -
Install the two six-sided long copper rods

Use fixing screws to connect the bottle collector plate.

Connect the inlet tube and outlet tube. DO NOT reversely install them.

nstall the mesh filter

Connect the corresponding port
-
Connect the belt conveyor and adjust the speed controller

This is the fiber optical sensor.

Open the cover.
-
Open the cable buckle.
-
Insert the cables to the fiber optical sensor.
-
Close the cable buckle.
-
Close the cover.
