mounting hole.

Step 1: install three Ball Mounting Seat 8 into three metal ball mounting
grooves on one side of Whee Body 1, and install Metal Bail 7 into Ball
Mounting Seat 8; then put Anti-skid Rubber Sleeve 2 onto the outer edge of
Wheel Body 1 until Anti-skid Rubber Sleeve 2 is flush with the side surface of
Wheel Body 1. thus completing the installation of Wheel Body 1. Repeat the
above step to complete the installation of another Wheel Body 1.
Step 2: insert Operating Handle 9 and the handle part on Wheel Body 1
into the installation groove for plug-in joint, then use Spring Buckle 10 to
fix Operating Handle 9 and the assembled Wheel Body 1 for easy and convenient
assembly and disassembly.

The user may insert Operating Handle 9 into the first side surface of Wheel Body 1 for a plug-in joint, then hold Operating Handle 9 and try to make Metal Ball 7 down to the ground as much as possible to do stretching exercise; and insert Operating Handle 9 into the second side surface of Wheel Body 1 for a plug-in joint and try make the side surface of Anti-skid Rubber Sleeve down to the ground to do platform support or push-up exercise. When insert Operating Handle 9 into the first side surface of Wheel Body 1, Metal Ball 7 is exposed to outside. At this time, the user may also hold Operating Handle 9 and slide Metal Ball 7 on body back or leg for massage.
