1.Warning

1.1 Installation warning

• Please read the instruction manual and precautions carefully before installation, and then assemble, install and debug to avoid unnecessary losses.
• All installation, commissioning, and maintenance work must be performed when the main power supply is off.
• The controller power supply must be securely grounded.
• Please handle the product with care during installation to avoid collision, extrusion, falling to the ground or contact with any liquid. This product should be kept away from high temperature and open flame.
• The controller of this product is 24V low voltage control, do not directly connect to 11 OV high voltage.

1.2 Use warning

• This product is not suitable for use by children, persons with disabilities, or persons without basic knowledge and experience, unless accompanied by professional training and responsible for their safety.
• Keep children and the elderly away from the site when commissioning the equipment to avoid accidental injury due to strong debugging errors.

1.3 Maintenance warning

• When the device is faulty, disconnect the power supply and then remove the device to check the problem.
• When checking the support arm, place a no pass sign to prevent the arm from squeezing the hands of maintenance personnel.

The driving motor is driven by the new brushless DC motor, with sufficient and stable strength. The controller uses the military motherboard technology to provide a more humanized operating experience.

3.1 Tool preparation

• Electric hammer (concrete column structure), electric drill (iron pipe structure), Phillips screwdriver, Flat-head screwdriver, wire stripper, wrapping cloth, wrench.
• Conductor cable RVV2x1 .5mm2 , electric lock cable RVV2x1 .5mm2 , access control cable RVV4x1 .Omm2/infrared anti-clip RVV4x1 .Omm2 or HSYV8x0.5mm2

Note(Very Important):
(1) After the machine is plugged in, it will slowly and automatically close the door to find the closing position to complete the travel learning. It is necessary to ensure that there is resistance at the closing position to stop the door.
(2) After completing the journey learning, you can pair the remote control. When using the remote control, please do not just press it once, please press it briefly for 2-3 seconds to avoid the remote control not responding.

5.1 Opening angle

[F1]: The higher the value, the larger the opening Angle, the value ranges from 10°to 270 ° F1 : Press the “Menu” button → Display [F1] on the screen→ Press the “save” button again→ Adjust the angle of the gate opening by pressing the”+””- “button, ranging from 10 to 270→ Press the “save” button again to save it.

5.2 Remote control pairing

[FA] : Press the “Menu” button→ Press the”-” button to skip to “FA”→ Press “Save” button → “PPPP” appears on the display screen→ Press and hold the “Stop” button of the remote control until there is a “beep” sound be heard, so that the pairing is finished.

5.3 Opening direction

( F2: Value range: 0-1 ) default: 0 ( 0 is the left door, 1 is the right door. )

F2: Press the “Menu” button→ Display [F1] on the screen→ Press the”-” button to skip to “F2″→ Press the “save” button→ The screen will display [0000] or [0001] (0000 represents left gate opening, 0001 represents right gate opening). If it does not match the desired gate opening direction, set the corresponding parameters through “+”or”-” button, click “confirm/save” and then the door opening direction is successfully modified (it needs to be powered off and restarted to be effective).

5.4 Factory data reset

FB: Press the “Menu” button→ Press the”-” button to skip to “FB”→ Press “Save”→ Led appears on the display screen-+ Press and hold “Save” until there is a “beep” sound repeats 5 times, the initialization is finished
