Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pouring Basin Frame
Prior to using the RBWS1547 pouring basin, ensure you have the RBW332
pouring basin frame (sold separately). Follow the instructions provided in the
nVent LENTON Cadweld Rebar Splicing System Instruction Manual for proper
installation of the pouring basin frame.
Step 2: Position the Pouring Basin
Identify the location where the pouring basin needs to be installed. Ensure
that there are no interferences in the structure that would prevent top
filling of the sleeve. The RBWS1547 pouring basin is designed for side filling
in such cases.
Step 3: Insert the Pouring Basin
Insert the RBWS1547 pouring basin into the RBW332 pouring basin frame.
Ensure a secure fit.
Step 4: Pouring Process
Follow the pouring instructions provided in the nVent LENTON Cadweld Rebar
Splicing System Instruction Manual for proper pouring techniques and safety
