Safety and usage instructions:
When using diamond cutting discs, always observe the following points:
- Install the cutting disc so that it does not wobble sideways or up and down
- Adhere to the optimum speed according to the manufacturer‘s instructions
- Do not clamp or jam the cutting disc
- Clamp the material to be cut firmly
- Move the machine back and forth in the material (pendulum cutting)
- Do not apply excessive grinding pressure; the weight of the machine is sufficient
- Work only with a safety shield
- Wear safety goggles and protective clothing
- Make sure you have a secure footing
- For wet cutting, use a protective transformer
- Discs to be used for dry cutting:

Special note for dry cutting:
Take breaks to allow for cooling
After approximately 2 minutes of cutting, the machine must be stopped for a
cooling period. Allow the machine to idle for up to 1 minute.
If the cutting ability of the disc diminishes, it can be sharpened by cutting
into sand lime bricks.

No guarantee can be given in the event of improper use.
Complaints regarding the supplied diamond cutting discs will only be accepted
up to 1 mm of segment height wear.
