DT Connector Kit 12 Pin Gray Connector

Step 1:
Strip off the sheath of the wire to a proper length.

Step 2:
Connect the sheathed ends of the wire to the male and female terminals respectively.

Step 3:
Select the connector you need with 2 pin, 4pin, or more pin’s female plug.

Step 4:
Push the crimped terminal vertically into the cavity of the female connector until a “click” is heard or felt.

Step 5:
Gently pull the wire outward to ensure that the terminals are locked properly. Repeat until all  cavities are filled.

Step 6:
Reverse the female plug and insert the orange wedge lock block, applying downward pressure  until you hear or feel a “click” sound.

Step 7:
Select the male connector with the same pinhole as the female plug and the green wedge lock block.

Step 8:
Use tweezers to put in the green wedge lock block.

Step 9:
Hold one end against the green wedge lock block and apply downward pressure until you hear or feel a “click” sound. Socket assembly completed.

Step 10:
Hold the connector body and align the external locking device, forcing the plug and socket together, hearing a “click” to indicate that the external locking device is in place.

Step 11:
Plugs and sockets are plugged in.
