MMXV Aussie Traveller Black Travelling Awning

• High pressure diecast components to maximise strength and eliminate sharp edges on the cradle
• Automatically pivots to receive and release the roller when awning is operated

INSTALLATION GUIDE

Note: Read these instructions in fa before commencing installation This product is to be installed by a qualified RV service / repair person. Aussie Traveller accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or injury resulting from the installation or operation of this product.

• It is recommended to fit the backing plate when there is insufficient support in the RV wall for mounting the bracket only.
• The backing plate has been made a little longer than the bracket to allow some horizontal adjustment to locate a reinforced section of the RV walUframe if necessary.

1.  Ensure the awning is fully retracted and in travel mode

2. Loosely attach the cradle to the bracket using the supplied nut and bolt—see figure 1.

3. Position the cradle and bracket under the roller (as close as possible to the centre of the roller) and scat the cradle lightly against the fabric — see figure 2.

Note: The cradle is not meant to be positioned hard up against the roller/fabric. The job of the cradle is to prevent downward flexing of the roller when travelling but not to act as a constant support.

4. Mark the position of the bottom of the bracket, out to one side, on the RV wall.
5. Roll the awning out and raise the frameset to a point which gives maximum access and clearance under the fabric to allow the awning support to be fitted.
